I got a small camera from them to put in my garage for motion detection. The camera was faulty and would record 567k files at a time all files were the same size, 567k. The files did not have video, they were corrupted files that nothing could read. When I explained all this to the company, they ignored both my emails sent to them so after a few days i contacted PayPal who then contacted them and i was asked to return the item of whitch i did, costing me £4.45 i then gave paypal the tracking ID and a photo of the tracking lable, a few days the item was delivered back to “Bargain Superstore LTD” “spygadgets4u.co.uk“ so i took a photo of the tracking details showing it had been dilivered back, but got no reply so i esculated it with paypal and paypal sided in my favor and they refunded me, so it cost me £3.99 postage to recive a fualty item then £4.45 to send it back and than all the time in doing this, i could never recummend a company that treats its customers like this.

Follow-up: they did indeed refund me for the camera and the return postage, which I'm grateful for. Thank you, and as a result I've decided to give 4 stars.

I had a issue that I needed advise on so I messaged spygadgets4u.co.uk for advice and they where really helpful, I placed an order with them and it arrived the next day, I messaged customer service again for some technical advice and again they where great, I would really recommend buying from this company they have really helped me out

After one month since purchase, the recordings from the camera device are now blurry. Whilst the picture quality is good, I don't believe it's the 2k advertised, the quality is especially grainy when zoomed in. I've messaged re the blurry issue, will update the rating based on their response. No contact number or webchat available, which isn't impressive.
