I cannot find any record of me buying anything from this company, yet for the last 10 weeks or so I have received daily SPAM emails from them. Tried to unsubscribe but it doesn't work. Am now reporting every email to the "Information Commissioners Office"

Love the lights but hate getting repeated email to write a review and can’t seem to unsubscribe to stop them.

I ordered some solar lights from SPV, unfortunately they use EVRI to deliver their orders. EVRI notified me that they had ‘misplaced’ my order.
I requested a refund from SPV but 10 days later they have still not refunded my costs and keep asking me to be patient despite EVRI admitting the parcel is lost?
I am a returning customer and have never had a problem with previous orders. The customer service is certainly not acceptable and there seems to be no light at the end of this tunnel?

Initially I thought the lights were quality but after putting up a lovely pink set they only lasted two days then stopped working. I initially thought it was a charging issue so made sure it was in full sun. The lights then flickered before failing again. I tried moving the wiring around and putting the charger in different positions. In each position they worked until I let go the wire, or let go the charger. It was very frustrating and obviously was a wiring issue going on. I tried contacting SPV lights but email not answered. So with disappointment the lights went in the bin. Such a shame because initially the lights looked lovely. I won't be buying any more from them.

I would like to warn people about this company. They seem to operate under the name of Helioglow.
I purchased 2 sets of solar lights in February this year. After 2 weeks they hadn’t arrived so I contacted the company. I was assured that they had been despatched. After another week- no sign of them so emailed again. I eventually lost patience and asked for my money back. Still no sign of a refund and that was weeks ago. I have constantly been fobbed off saying my case has been escalated to the finance department.
Up to today- no refund.
Avoid this company. I will never order from them again.

Great product easy way to brighten outside area

Buy a product and forever experience spam / emails.
I have asked for them to stop on numerous occasions.
Completely ignored. On numerous occasions.
Customer service doesn’t seem to exist.

Fantastic, I bought the bees and the Dragonflies, absolutely beautiful, strong colour, already have lights from SPV in their third year, still brilliant, which is why I went back, bought many in the past, mainly from garden centres, they stopped working after a short time.. I strongly recommend SPV.. I can show photos if you want

was a returning customer - online order was duplicated and then two payments taken by bank - no email confirmation. Bother orders arrived within three days of each other. tried contacting SPV on the contact form to arrange return of duplicate order, no reply , sent email instead and got "we cannot find your order" ( they sent the goods to me!!) then no contact from them at all. Will now arrange with my bank to reverse second payment. No longer a customer......

Great lights

Bought 2 security lights which have been fine once received. Easy to fit in the garden and give good illumination for the dog to do its ablutions last thing at night. Would have been 5 stars but for the delivery aspect. The lights arrived a little later than anticipated. I read the courier Evri had gone bust. The tracker showed the lights were at the courier's depot but were not delivered until 3 days afterwards which was concern as to whether or not they would be delivered given the delay.

Truly great lights at a fair price and work in the winter .

Fantastic lights which do what it says on the tin!! They light up the areas which were dark and unsafe and hopefully will continue do so!!
Much better than the previous lights I had about 2 years ago!
Long may it continue.

Endless spam. Have asked multiple times to stop sending marketing and still receiving multiple emails every week.

Easy ordering, good price, quick delivery

Have used these light before at my old house and they worked firn for the 3 years we had them before we moved out. Ordered 4 more for our new house, one did not work and it is being replaced. The 3 that work are excellent and despite this one no working I am happy with them and the fact that SPV are replacing the faulty one shows their post sales support is good.

Delivery as always excellent.
