For online stores, Spur automates abandoned cart, cash-on-delivery confirmation and COD-to-prepaid messages, and sends shipping updates through Shiprocket and Shipdelight. On Instagram, Spur turns comments into DMs and replies to people who message you from Click-to-Instagram-Direct and Click-to-WhatsApp ads. You can also connect Spur to Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to build segments, write templates, launch broadcasts and more.
