Produktinformation
The only lightweight golf mat that doesn’t move when hit and the only golf mat you’ll ever need for play without compromise. Spurk golf mats solve the age-old issue of essential golf mat use by clubs to protect the fairway from irreparable damage in winter. Traditional golf mats are disliked by members and visiting players because they disrupt their strike and interfere with the game. Golf mats that don’t affect your strike The Spurk golf mat is different, with a unique patented design providing a firm and stable base from which to strike and six spikes that easily lock into the ground and stay put when hit. The mat protects the fairway and the spikes provide course aeration while allowing you a true strike every time. The closest thing to playing off grass. Solid, stable locked base. Provides fairway protection and course aeration. Lightweight, portable and designed for the golf course, while also perfect for garden practice. 100% UK design and manufacture. Measures 310mm x 110mm Loved by players and greenkeepers alike, the revolutionary Spurk golf practice mat lets you strike with confidence and without compromise.

Bough 2 X items for golf society Captains prizes as I own one already previously purchased from Spurkgolf, best mat around to be honest and the Mat & Carry Bag package is a must given the horrid we golfers experience during the season 10/10 on delivery & customer service that I’ve never required due to the efficient booking & delivery service (not sure about delivery cost though, £10 to deliver 2 SPURK mats that arrived in same parcel, pretty hefty cost)

Thanks for the review Seamus, enjoy your golf.
A bit more expensive than a lot of other mats, but if you want to make use of your membership in the UK over winter you’re going to need a mat, so may as well make it a good one. The mat itself is light but sturdy and when you push it into the ground it gives you the confidence that it isn’t going to move through impact and you can get a good strike on the ball. The carry case is well worth the extra money as it means your chances of forgetting the mat are greatly reduced, and if it does get a bit muddy then it’s confined to the case. Only slight drawback would be using it on slopes. I know you can get a slightly longer grass version, but I got the short grass version and it can require a little bit of angling the mat to make sure the ball doesn’t roll off. Not a major issue and I’ve always been able to get it to work, but might be a consideration if you play on a particularly sloped course.

Thank you for taking the time to review Ian, we are pleased you are happy with the products.
If you sit the ball down a little on the tee hole it will hold up on steep slopes.
Great winter golf mat, sturdy non-slip and excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the review Paul
Love this product, playing courses I wouldn’t play in the winter, if like to trap and compress the ball with your irons the short pile mat is great, the low profile means the only sits slightly higher than the ground, with such a tight lie hitting woods is more challenging so I’ve ordered and received the long pile version which should make wood play easier, highly recommend this product, makes winter play so much more enjoyable

Thanks Garry, we appreciate you taking the time.
Very early days as golf has been very limited, but on the range once I became comfortable and more confident with the product I can see its potential.

Thanks Ian, we appreciate the review.
Mat perfect had a great first round with it. Good quality, sturdy and feels like it will last years. Bag not so much, plastic hardener on inside shattered on first time after using the mat. Shame it's not removable. Other than that still worth the money.
