A Very Happy Customer
A very fast and efficient service from order to delivery was excellent. One of my first aid boxes was cracked. A quick email was given back to SP services and without hesitation a new one was sent in the post. I’m also seeing Jasmine‘s praise’s as nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. I would definitely recommend SP services to anyone requiring first aid essentials.

Great customer service from Candi.
I placed an order for a Parabag, transpired that I’d ordered the wrong item. Candi from customer services responded to an email detailing the problem that I had caused. Candi reversed the order, sent the item that I should have ordered for next day delivery. Outstanding customer service. Without hesitation, I would order from them again.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service!
Having received the wrong order, I phoned SP Services to let them know that my order had probably been delivered to somebody else.
My call was taken by Jasmine who applied her detective skills to find out who's order I'd received, and where my order had gone.
Jasmine arranged for a courier to collect the orders and has kept me updated by email and telephone.

Very helpful
