Ich habe bei Sprezzi Fashion Ringe gekauft.
Für einen sehr guten Freund von mir und ihm haben sie gut gefallen und gepasst. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und überlege, ob ich noch eine Kette für ihn kaufe.

Bereits meine zweite Bestellung, da die Qualität echt überzeugt! Auch die Lieferung war jeweils sehr schnell. Sehr gute Marke, um Herrenschmuck zu kaufen.

Habe hier wirklich tolle Erfahrungen gemacht die Lieferung kam pünktlich wie gewünscht zum Liefertermin.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich angemessen.

Die zahlungsmethoden sind gängige.

Returns wroked very easy as agreed (first product did not hit my taste perfectly, my bad! :D )! Product is high quality and looks exactly as expected. Also it comes in a nice packaging that can be used to travel with your jewelry :) Would totally order again!

I found Sprezzi Fashion through Instagram and thought their Silver Onyx signet ring looked fairly good so I decided to do a bit of background research on the company before making a purchase. I checked TripAdvisor, Etsy etc. and they seemed to have fairly positive reviews although I did come across some expressing very poor customer service (ignoring emails) and refusal of refunds.

I stupidly chose to ignore these negative reviews and instead bought the ring anyway... I ordered a Silver Onyx signet ring from them on the 21st Sep 2022 and the ring arrived a week later, the same day I received the ring I emailed Sprezzi Fashion to say I would like to return the item (not satisfied with the quality) and asked how I would go about doing this as an international customer. Sprezzi Fashion ignored this email so I sent them a follow-up on the 1st Oct to which they finally replied on the 5th Oct explaining that I can send the ring back to them for an "exchange", which is not what I asked for... I then sent the ring back via Royal Mail tracked the following day (6th Oct).

Unfortunately, due to disruptions at Royal Mail (strikes), the ring did not arrive in Rulzheim, Germany until the 27th Oct, during this time I was regularly checking the tracking. For some reason the ring was sent to Sprezzi Fashion's local delivery office RUL ZB0-99 even though I had used the address given to me by Sprezzi Fashion which was:

I tried reaching out to Sprezzi Fashion many times via email and Instagram but they continued to ignore my attempts or came back to me with generic information about returning my ring, which I had already done a month prior. In one of the generic emails Sprezzi Fashion sent me with regards to sending back the ring, they actually gave me a slightly different address this time:

...I tried asking Sprezzi Fashion about this 2-3 times but they never provided any context or explained why I was given another address, maybe this explains why the ring was sent to their local delivery office RUL ZB0-99 rather than directly to them? Either way they do not care.

Since then I have opened a dispute with PayPal as it has become clear Sprezzi Fashion have no interest in rectifying this problem and refunding me for the ring. Sprezzi Fashion have acted oblivious to the whereabouts of the ring and refuse to refund me my money, I now have to wait until the 17th Nov for PayPal to take any further action.

EDIT 24/11/22 - PayPal closed the case in my favour and refunded me the money. If for whatever reason you do buy from Sprezzi Fashion, make sure you do it through PayPal as you will have buyers protection meaning they cannot scam you.

Disregard the response from Sprezzi Fashions below. They never sent me any information or customs forms for returning items as an international customer. Instead, they ignored all of my attempts to contact them via email about the return. They also provided me with the wrong return address, which led to the item being sent to their local sorting office. Instead of retrieving the item, they seemed unwilling to assist because they didn't want to issue a refund. Eventually, the item was returned to me, and I received a full refund through PayPal.

The fact that it has taken them over two years to respond to my review - and only now are they advising me on how to retrieve my parcel, even though I received it back years ago - speaks volumes about their terrible customer service. Do not trust anything they say.

Sowohl die Halsketten, als auch die Armbänder sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig und fühlen sich gut an. Die Auswahl auf der Seite ist groß und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Versand und Bezahlung lief genauso reibungslos. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Auswahl des Shops ist wirklich überzeugens, ich bin schon länger auf der Suche nach einem Siegelring aus Silber gewesen, bei dem Juwelieren vor Ort bin ich jedoch nicht fündig geworden. Bei sprezzi-fashion hatte ich dann direkt mehrere verschiedene Ringe zur Auswahl, die mir alle gut gefallen haben. Nachdem ich mir das den perfekten Ring ausgesucht habe, war die Bestellung schnell erledigt. Auch der Versand war sehr schnell, so dass ich den Ring schon bald in Empfang nehmen konnte. Und auch als ich ihn ausgepackt hatte, hat er mir weiterhin sehr gut gefallen. Hat also alles gestimmt für mich, ich werde gerne wieder bestellen. :)

Zum 30. Geburtstag meines Mannes habe ich einen silber Ring bestellt. Lieferung ging schnell und er fand ihn auch so schön, dass wir direkt für seine rechte Hand auch eins bestellt haben.

Ich habe mir bei Sprezzi Fashion einen silberfarbenen Armreif bestellt, um meine kurzärmeligen Outfits durch ein Accessoire zu ergänzen. Die Lieferung erfolgte relativ zügig und der Armreif selbst ist erstklassig verarbeitet, ohne Verformungen oder Dellen die durch flüchtige Metallarbeit entstehen können. Er passt zudem hervorragend und ist ein echter Blickfang - am liebsten kombiniere ich ihn mit weiterem Armschmuck, je nach Tageslaune.

Alles in allem bin ich mehr als nur zufrieden mit dem guten Stück, es sieht einfach toll aus! Daher lasse ich auch gerne eine Empfehlung hier.

Eigentlich bin ich kein Fan von Männerschmuck, aber dieser gefällt mir überragend. Auch das Personal ist super kompetent und Freundlich.

Bei Sprezzi finde ich immer aussergewöhnliche Geschenke für meine Frau. Meistens kaufe ich im Sale ein und kann dadurch nocheinmal viel sparen. Die Leiferung erfolgt immer sehr schnell und kostenlos mit DHL. Ich kann den Shop allen empfehlen die "Schmuck nicht von der Stange" suchen.
