I’ve been trading with Spredix Markets for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made as a trader. I was a bit skeptical at first because there are so many brokers out there, but after giving them a try, they’ve earned my trust.

What really impressed me was my first withdrawal. I had seen a lot of stories online about brokers delaying or rejecting withdrawals, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I requested my withdrawal, and it was processed much faster than I anticipated. That gave me a lot of confidence to continue trading with them.

The execution on MT5 has also been smooth. My trades open and close quickly, and I haven’t experienced the frustrating delays I used to deal with on some other platforms. I mainly trade synthetic indices, and the trading conditions have been great so far.

Their platform it’s laggy they close your positions and also they also don’t want to process my withdrawals and their reasons for not processing it keeps on changing meaning that they are scammers…. They need to improve

I am sharing my experience with Spredix Markets regarding a withdrawal issue that remains unresolved.

I successfully deposited funds through P2P and traded on the platform. However, when I requested a withdrawal to my Binance wallet, serious problems started.

I contacted Binance support and was informed that transaction traces were linked to Bybit activity. Bybit is currently investigating the matter. Despite providing Spredix Markets with all requested information and evidence, I have not received a proper resolution.

What concerns me further is that after raising complaints about my withdrawal, our support chat history was deleted/removed from their side.

I still have records of:

* deposits
* withdrawal requests
* screenshots
* support communications
* Binance feedback
* ongoing Bybit investigation

I hope Spredix Markets responds professionally and resolves this matter transparently.

If anyone else has experienced delayed withdrawals or communication issues with this broker, please share your experience.

Fast withdrawal, smooth interface

What I’m trying to say is that I had a really bad experience with a broker. They closed my positions while I was trading. When I reached out to support, they told me they were uploading some data to the platform, and due to a legal requirement for insufficient balance, my trade was forcibly closed. I kept telling them that you can’t perform maintenance while trades are active—they needed to pause everything or protect the trades. But they just ignored me. Now, I’m the one who’s lost, but the market is moving in my favor. If they hadn’t cheated me, I would be sitting in a huge profit right now.

Extremely disappointing experience with this platform. I encountered a serious issue where my take-profit (TP) level was clearly hit, but my trade did not close. I attempted to close the trade manually over 100 times, and it simply would not execute. I also reached out to support in real time, but no one responded while the issue was happening.

What’s even more concerning is that the trade later went on to hit my stop loss (SL) and closed without any problem. So somehow, the system failed to close my trade when I was in profit, but had no issue closing it when I was at a loss.

I even tried adjusting my stop loss into profit, and it still would not trigger. However, once I moved it back to the original level, it executed immediately. That raises serious questions about how this platform handles order execution.

I provided screenshots and full details, yet I was told that everything worked “as expected” and that I would not be reimbursed. That response is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

I’ve been trading for years and have never experienced anything like this on any other platform. This has seriously damaged my trust, and I would strongly caution others before using this service.
