Όλη η διαδικασία προετοιμασίας και παραλαβής του δέματος , καθώς και ο χρόνος ανταπόκρισης σε κάθε ερώτημα μας.
Εκείνο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί κατά την άποψη μου, ο χρόνος της παραλαβής του δέματος να μειωθεί όσο γίνεται για κάποια τρόφιμα κλπ.Γνωρίζω τις express μεταφορές αλλά η τιμή που μου βγάζουν είναι απαγορευτική προκειμένου να στείλω λίγα πράγματα στο παιδί μου.
Η ημερομηνία της τελευταίας φοράς που έστειλα δέμα μαζί σας είναι περίπου, δεν θυμάμαι την ακριβή ημέρα. Πάντως ήταν το Νοέμβριο.

Company is a joke
I waited 6 full hours for the driver to arrive for the pickup of my packages, which caused me serious inconvenience and delays in my job.
Additionally, at the time of pickup, the boxes were not weighed or measured in front of me, as is normally the case. Instead, 15 days later I was informed that there was a discrepancy in the weight/volumetric measurements and I was asked to pay almost double the original amount.
I have sent packages many times before, and the weighing process was always done in front of me, without any issues arising afterward. I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to have a recalculation made after so many days and without any transparency.

We understand the inconvenience you experienced regarding the pick-up time. As you may know from previous collaborations, our courier partners provide a pick-up window of 12:00–17:00. Since we operate through a network of partners, we cannot control the exact hours that each driver serves each area. However, if you have a preferred time, you can always contact us in advance so we can arrange a more specific 3-hour window for pick-up.
Regarding the weighing and volumetric measurement of your packages, this is always done automatically using our partner’s radar system, without human intervention. If there is ever a discrepancy, a recheck can be conducted through our partner’s system. Nevertheless, our records do not show any dispute raised regarding this shipment.

I sent a package to Zurich with the express service. They arrived at my house in Athens on Monday afternoon and my daughter received it in Zurich on Tuesday afternoon. That is, it arrived within 24 hours in perfect condition, just as they received it from me. It was the first time I used Spourgitis for transportation and I was completely satisfied.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
I sent a package to Australia and my experience with "Spourgitis" was absolutely flawless. The employee who came for the pickup was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly — it was clear that they truly care about their customers.
The delivery speed exceeded all my expectations. For such a distant destination like Australia, the package arrived in an impressively short time!
The pricing is also really competitive for international shipments. Excellent value for money compared to other companies I had tried in the past.
I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and fast shipping service, even to remote destinations!
