Ils traitent les retraits 9 ou 10 jours après, dans leurs conditions c'est 3 jours, aucun geste commercial, aucune compensation, parfois ils annulent vos retraits sans aucune raison, en gros tu déposes et ils paient pas ou très rarement,
Pour récupérer tes bonus c'est impossible si t'as des retraits en cours, donc vu qu'ils mettent 3 ans à les traiter, tu récupères jamais tes bonus, je pourrai écrire 3 livres pour avertir les gens de pas jouer chez eux.

I am writing this to warn all players about Sportuna. They have confiscated €4,000 of my legitimate winnings and deposits.
​The situation is scandalous: After waiting 80 days for a simple verification and having to mediate through CasinoGuru to get them to listen to me,
​Induced Error: Their own support agents (I have the names) authorized my deposit method. Once I won, they used that same method as an excuse to close my account and steal my balance.
​Hidden Evidence: They are refusing to provide the chat transcripts that prove their staff's authorization. They are intentionally hiding evidence.
​No Regulation: Their official license emails (Antillephone 8048/JAZ) are bouncing back. They are operating in a total legal vacuum with no way for players to reach the regulator.
​Ignoring Mediators: They are currently ignoring a formal dispute on CasinoGuru, failing to meet deadlines and refusing to cooperate.
​I have already reported this to my bank's fraud department to start a chargeback process for all my deposits. If you value your money, stay away from Sportuna and any casino under the Liernin/Rabidi group.

1/5 – Extremely misleading bonus terms and shady practices

I honestly regret signing up to Sportuna.

First of all, the bonus structure is very strange. I didn’t even receive the bonus immediately — I had to lose my bets first before the bonus was unlocked. That makes absolutely no sense and feels intentionally misleading.

Then the wagering requirements… normally, when a site says 5x wagering, it means your deposit amount multiplied by five. On Sportuna, they include the bonus amount in the wagering calculation as well. That’s a huge and very important detail, and it feels deceptive.

And the wagering rules themselves are a complete joke. I placed bets worth 500€, fully in line with their rules, yet only 100€ was counted toward the wagering requirement. How does that even make sense? It feels like they’re manipulating what counts just to make it harder for you to clear the bonus.

Also:

Single bets must have minimum odds of 2.00

Accumulator bets must have every single selection above 1.50

Most betting sites count accumulator bets if the total combined odds are 1.50 or higher, and single bets usually qualify at much lower odds than 2.00. These requirements are ridiculously strict.

The whole bonus wagering system feels like a scam designed to make sure you never actually clear it.

And I seriously doubt withdrawals will be any better. I fully expect them to limit accounts and reduce stake sizes the moment you start winning, and probably drag the KYC process out for months. But honestly, I doubt I’ll even get to withdraw anything because the bonus terms are practically impossible to complete.

Ps. They have this weird 50 euro limit on all bets. So essentially even if you bet 1000 euro, only 50 euro of that will go towards the welcome bonus wager. Shady as fuuck.

AND PPS. Now they arent counting my bets towards the wager EVEN THOUGH they are in compliance with the rules hahaha, YEAH STAY AWAY!!!! THIS WEBSITE IS ONE OF THE SCAMMIEST SITES IVE VISITED EVER!!!!

am writing this report to express serious concerns regarding my experience with the Sportuna platform, particularly in relation to verification practices and withdrawal handling.

Because of this experience, I believe Sportuna’s practices lack transparency and put players at a disadvantage. My experience:
