Reserving high-demand tickets here feels as secure as locking in a heavily negotiated freelance invoice before starting a job. The cart timer actually functions properly during traffic spikes. The PDF ticket confirmation took nearly an hour to hit my inbox, which had me sweating thinking the payment dropped.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a ticket reseller. My tickets were suddenly cancelled just 24 hours before the event, leaving me scrambling to find an alternative at the last minute.

The company promised a refund within 1–20 days, but after reading many other reviews, it became clear that these refund promises often never materialize. Fortunately, I had paid through PayPal and was eventually able to recover my money through buyer protection. Looking back, that was probably the only reason I got my money back at all.

Ironically, paying with PayPal was already a nightmare in itself—I had to try around 50 times before the payment finally went through.

Another major red flag was the customer service. Before the purchase, they were incredibly responsive and eager to help. However, the moment the transaction was completed and problems started to arise, they completely disappeared. Messages went unanswered, and getting any meaningful support became impossible.

Cancelling tickets one day before an event, making questionable refund promises, and effectively vanishing after the sale is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this platform and use a more reputable and trustworthy ticket provider instead. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I was worried about getting the tickets in time since I live outside the UK but the courier service was perfect and they kept me updated the whole time so I could enjoy the game in London without stress

We ordered Manchester united vs Liverpool tickets and Fl Montreal tickets from them in January 26. We saved all.our lives for this bucket list events. We flew half way around the world from South Africa to get to the UK and to he told the day before that we won't be getting those tickets. We in another part of the world to watch the Canadian GP, it starts tomorrow and we still haven't received our tickets. We spent a fortune on this trip and tickets. If only I read these reviews earlier. We sent numerous emails with no replies. I cannot believe you get people like this out there. They are scams. I am still awaiting my first refund. Really frustrating. People please don't use them. My order numbers are S#-287949 and S#-287080

Needed tickets quite late for an important match and didn’t think I’d manage to get decent seats in time. Thankfully these guys came through. Customer support stayed helpful throughout the process and delivery was quicker than expected. Really appreciate the professionalism and honesty.

À chaque fois je reçois un message automatique pour me dire qu'ils ne fournissent les places que 1 à 3 jours avant le match.

Résultats 2 jours avant, un mail m'est adressé comme quoi le fournisseur ne peut me remettre mes places.

The ticket didn’t arrive , before when we contacted them they responded after 5 minutes , three days before the game they stopped responding

I had applied for 3 tickets, which I received the day before the match. The seats were excellent, and in all we had a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Great communication from them during the build up to the match. Tickets were issued in plenty of time and directions to the seats was great. Overall great experience and will be using Sports Tickets Direct Office again.

Used the site for tickets recently and had a smooth experience overall. Order confirmation came through without issues and the tickets were valid. Happy with how everything turned out.

I bought and paid for two tickets for the final game at Goodison Park on May 18th 2025. The day before the game, when I was sitting at Albert Dock, Sport Tickets Office mailed me, that they did not my tickets, but I would receive my refund, amounting to £2340 within the next 4 to 25 days. As of today I have not received a penny in spite of numerous mails and attemps to call them. They are a scam, don´t ever trust them

Tickets got canceled a few days before the event - I paid £440 for the tickets. DO NOT USE . Total scam.

Ils ont annulés mes billets 48h avant le match, billet que j'avais acheté un an avant.
Explications plus que bancales pour ne pas dire qu'on se moque clairement de moi. Un site soit disant revendeur certifié, aucun retour du service client.
J'avais réservé mes billets d'avion, de train, d'hôtel et ca bien évidemment, ne sera jamais dédommagé. Et je me doute bien que je ne serai jamais remboursée non plus de mes billets.
Je ne recommande pas du tout de passer par ce site de scammer.

The Mrs bought tickets to the LFC United game and they sent an email saying they can’t font at the seller and will give her a credit. Ridiculous from them scammed her of 1.2 thousand

Only left one star as there was no option for no stars.
Let down with derby tickets 2 days before the game which was played on the 19th April, paid nearly £500, still no refund, just get a reply saying they are looking into it, don’t recommend using these due to not being able to supply tickets and also not refunding my payment, which they have had now for close to 6 weeks. Even Everton don’t recommend using companies that are not registered which the club, absolute fraud of a company, do not use

First time using the service so I wasnt familiar with the process and how it worked in terms of ticket delivery. As such I was a bit anxious when I didn't have tickets in hand at time of flying for the game! But the guys on live chat and email were super responsive, reassuring, patient, and tickets were delivered on the morning of match day. No issues. Will use again.
