My order of Ohio State Crocks were less than a descent product . The crocks were supposed to have my son’s name written on them hence why I thought it took so long for them in production. After a couple uses the “sports strap on right foot snapped off . A week later the other strap on the left foot snapped off too.

Watch terrible quality. Watch band fell apart as taking out of package. The watch face looks like a sticker. Will never order anything again from this site. Emailed about procedure to return the watch for a refund. Received an email that it would have yo me mailed back in the original shipping package which was thrown out. Bad customer service and bad Quality

I ordered the raiders wallet March 9th or 10th I didn't receive it until the middle of April and when i got it it was the wrong one the colors and the name I wanted was a totally different name so I had to email the company to get a new one done correctly it is May 5, 2024 I still have no revived it and the Tracking is not specific at all so I have no idea where it really is. I should get my money back and the correct wallet made for how long and inconvenient this is.

The wallet I received was not the wallet I ordered! The wallet I ordered had a coin purse with a zip, but the wallet I received had no coin purse at all! I have contacted the company and they said they will send me another wallet with a coin purse. They said they will send me a tracking notification when it has shipped, but it's been a couple weeks and I've had no notification so I send another email a few days ago but have had no reply yet!

I didn’t mind the extended time for delivery.. but the item looks very cheap. The paint was poor quality with some of the paint chipped off. Why was the watch painted like that? It appears to have been spray painted black.
I wouldn’t recommend this purchase to anyone. It’s a gift and I’m ashamed to give it as a gift because of how cheap it appears.

Took two weeks after the delivery date to get my product. Also to top it off they sent me the wrong phone case.

I first placed a order in December never received it ,then they said do l want money back or reorder so l reordered never came so l will never use this site again .

My grandsons loved their monogrammed Bulldogs towels. Only complaint I had was that they took so long to arrive. But that is ok As you explained the reason to me.

The company had fairly good communication, they responded to emails and kept me updated with tracking up to a certain point, I ordered a wallet and did get a wallet however it was nothing like the advertises product in style shape or quality, I think they clearly need to advertise the product will be diffrent from what they have shown on the Web site if that's the case intact maybe use real life pictures of products instead of what they use now, they offered a small refund which I accepted however I won't be buying off them again

I have not received my goods yet. It was ordered and paid for in January it is now march

Lack of communication that product wasn’t available, and only after I chased for an update on delivery…

I ordered the cap months ago , had to keep on casing the order , missed the persons birthday and still have no received it
Very disappointing

Worst service ever. in December I order a Lakers crocs and they sent a Chicago Bulls one. The second time, 3 weeks after, they sent the Lakers with another kid's name. It took me 10 days to get an answer from them.
Apparently, they are sending them again in 3 weeks!.
Don't waste your time and money with this company.
