The Artwork wasn't clean vector which I was disappointed with, I ended up redrawing the design which is the reason why I chose to purchase the design to save time.... This was maybe a one off instance, however the transaction and product was fast. I ended up getting refunded due to my issue and I appreciate the kind sentiment. None of the links I got worked one of them was encrypted weird. Asked for a refund and got told nothing was wrong with the links so no refund was going to be given.

Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review, I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
I did try to help you by telling you that you couldn't preview/open a .ZIP file on your iPhone, and that you'd need to unzip the files to transfer them to your embroidery machine.
Unfortunately, the basics of computing and embroidery machine operation are outside of the purview of the assistance I can provide, and thus also outside reasonable cause for a refund.
The files that you have are still working and can be used any time you want, all you have to do it download them to your computer, unzip them, and load them on to your embroidery machine.

When I first purchases the file
When I first purchases the file, there was no download able link. I had to email twice to get a respond. Finally the next day he emailed with a download. When I went to download it wouldn't download properly. Missing the city portion. Not impressed. Not worth the price

Answer received.
I purchased the design several hours ago and received a receipt, but no file was attached. I emailed them and have received NO reply and NO design.
UPDATE: After this posting, I received an email with the design file attached and an apology. I was happy to get this, and the design stitched out well.
