Ordered some safety glasses with prescription inserts. Disappointed that they didn’t work for me but very pleased with no quibble full refund.

I had very mixed experiences with customer service. A few times was so good, I tried on different goggles and the process of sending back and forth the different trial ones was easy and smooth. But then clearly someone else took over, suddenly I had to pay shipping for each trial fitting pair which means that if the goggles don't fit you have to pay for it to be sent back. And sometimes depending on the customer service representative I got, they didn't know which goggles they had available and said they had none in one size, but then when I looked on the site there were clearly some available and I had to tell them that the product existed. I initially thought that this was a great place with good customer service, so I was a bit sad after this experience, and I ended up asking for a refund instead of trying on more glasses. It is a shame because I would've been very happy to have continued business with them had it not been for that.

Also I ordered cycling glasses. When i got them there was clearly an error in the prescription. They quickly replaced the inserts free of charge.
The issue arose from how I measured my "pupil distance" (PD). I measured this as advised on the web site but got much better results using the (free) App "GlassesOn" as they subsequently suggested.

What a fantastic experience buying from this company, not only were the goggles reasonably priced but I received them less than 18 hours after ordering, would highly recommend.

Ordered prescription swimming goggles with the help of Martin which arrived promptly and appear to be spot on with the prescription and specifications I ordered. Will need to see how they perform in the water. Also included was a case and a solution to clean (I think) the lenses. Would order from here again.

Excellent service and delivery time. I ordered a full prescription mask on the 18th September hoping it would arrive before my holiday on the 27th as I didn’t read the expected turn around time until I’d bought them I just thought I’d save them for my next trip. Thankfully they arrived today and they are perfect. The prescription is 100% and the mask is really nice quality. I would buy from here again and would recommend to anyone looking for something to help you see when swimming, snorkelling or diving.

I had been thinking about prescription swimming goggles for a while. I wanted to be sure on my prescription and check turnaround time before a holiday so rang the number on the website. I got straight through to a member of staff who was very helpful, steered me away from needing the more expensive exact prescription ones with a longer processing time. His advice on my prescription was perfect. I received the goggles in less than 24 hours (posted to Northern Ireland) after ordering them. So impressed with the goggles which have made such a difference to the enjoyment of swimming and the service couldn’t have been better!

Wanted a pair of prescription goggles for swimming with grandchildren and wearing my normal glasses is a pain.
Decided to try iwave prescription goggles, went for a standard pair with a -4.5 prescription.
Really easy to order, delivered quickly and they are fantastic to see through. Easily adjustable.
Looking forward to next underwater swimming session with grandchildren

I was very apprehensive about ordering a dive mask with my prescription as the prescription was very alien to me. sportseyeweardirect talked me through the prescription and double checked it when I ordered.
My dive mask was despatched in the time frame they set out (earlier actually) and arrived in pristine condition.
Thank you so much for your support and my dives will be a better experience for this. The mask is very good looking and of great quality.

My initial enquiry to order two prescription swimming masks by Aquaviz with prescription inserts was overlooked. One was a replacement due to prescription change. However I contacted them on 18 Sep to highlighted my order as I needed both the masks for an upcoming holiday. Their normal delivery is quoted as 1-2 weeks, which would have been after my holiday. The swimming masks arrived this morning 23 Sep in plenty of time for me to take on holiday. A big thank you to Martin for updating me with my options to make sure I had everything that I wanted and keeping an eye on my order to fast track it for delivery. I will certainly use this company again when my prescription changes and I will try to order in plenty of time rather than leaving it to the last minute.

I bought some lenses for my dive mask and my first interaction with Sports Eyewear Direct was a phone call to work out what was the right prescription based on my glasses prescription. Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable and they said if there was an issue they would swap no quibble. The lenses I bought didn’t fit as the model of mask I had as it was an older version. I contacted Martin again and I bought the mask separately. I was adamant I would be able to fit them however I was wrong and Sports Eyewear Direct kindly said if I posted them back they would fit them at no extra charge. I posted them on the Friday and had them back on the Tuesday. A fantastic business and I would highly recommend them.

I left it last minute to order some prescription inserts for my SKI goggles - I contacted the team and they were so helpful and responsive. The inserts arrived early, and they work perfectly and are good quality.
