I spoke with Julia Hisler on a Monday and shared that our community had experienced the tragic loss of a high school student and football player. We wanted to honor him at our home game that Friday, and Julia immediately understood how important it was. She asked for my Kansas zip code and assured me the helmet stickers would arrive by Thursday. More than that, she was incredibly kind and compassionate during such a heartbreaking time.
Thank you, Julia, for helping us make this tribute possible. It truly takes a village, and sometimes that village reaches all the way from Illinois to Kansas.

Coaches - Be advised!
This was our second year using this company and unfortunately they missed the mark completely, this time. They decided to use poor packaging on our football helmet decals and they arrived bent all out of shape.
The response I received from upper management was they are built to withstand, not the case. Needless to say, I would be very leery of using them. Complacent and lack of attention with delivery details and distribution come to mind!

As I mentioned previously, we inadvertently used a bubble mailer instead of a box, which is our standard procedure. I understand this must have been frustrating for you, and I am truly sorry for the oversight. I am relieved to hear that the decals themselves were not damaged, and I genuinely hope we have the opportunity to earn your business again in the future. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make sure to avoid such mistakes moving forward. Once again, my sincerest apologies for any trouble this may have caused.
