This company are actually spectacular. Their product quality is of a very high standard, even the packaging is fantastic. The customer service couldn't be better and I felt like I was liaising with a friend when I had a query!
Definitely my go to for my Yorkie and Staffy's ☺️

Really happy with my purchase, great quality and I love the personalisation. I had asked for the colours on the photo to be slightly different which was done, and I'm so pleased with the results. There were even a few treats included which was a nice touch, I'd definitely order from here again.

It is a good quality tag but the personalisation was incorrect on the first tag, they sent a new tag out which never arrived and the third tag had the same error as tag number 1. I have kept the tag as it still has my details on so does the job but it isn't personalised in the way I wanted so a bit disappointed.
I probably wouldn't use them again for any personalised products.
The lady I spoke to was really nice and wanted to help resolve the issue but after the third issue I have stopped trying.

I did not receive, My Dogs birthday banana, which was very unusual, as we have lots of bandana's from spoilt rotten pets, Christmas ones, paddy's day, named, here for the cake, let's pawty, football team, and personalised ones, I was disappointed as this was very unusual as delivery was always good, within a couple of days the girls see my review,& another bandana along with the one ordered arrived, and I was given a full refund, and a lovely note. I'm changing my poor score, for whatever ever happened with the original, the girls put it all right, and guessing not their fault at, which I'm very happy with and will continue to use them, as the are the best fit dog banana's we have used. Thank you.
