The vehicle was pristine and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The chauffeur's driving was smooth and safe, navigating efficiently through traffic while maintaining a calm and relaxed atmosphere... honestly felt like I travelling on a luxury cloud lol.
Communication with this company is unprofessional, unhelpful and incredibly frustrating.
AVOID!
And if you have no other alternative to book with them, make sure you get Terms & Conditions at the time of booking because they will change these once the booking is made!
I personally didn’t make a booking with them but my Maid of honour did on my behalf for my hen do.
We originally booked a party bus and were told that in the event of a few people not wanting to partake in the party bus we could change to a limo which accommodates up to 10 people.
Numbers dropped from 23 down to 10 people so we asked to swap to a limo to then be told they do not have any, bare in mind they were found through a website which advertised LIMOS (false advertisement!).
They took a £100 deposit to secure the date and time, we understood that £50 would be non refundable in the event of a cancellation, which obviously due to them not having limousines we had to cancel. They are now taking the full £100 after a dispute with my maid of honours bank.
I might like to add that my maid of honour is heavily pregnant and the stress this company have caused her is down right horrendous!
We will know be referring to the ombudsman as this is not acceptable and the company has totally gone against their own T&C’s regarding the deposit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The opposite of Splendid. Put a deposit down only to get told they don't have any limousines. They then doubled the deposit cost randomly lying and told me it's non refundable.
Currently arguing with my bank after this company took money from me for nothing.
