I needed to order some parts and they found them for me next day. Right away I placed an order, but I contacted a Windsor location and parts were coming from Ohio. It was on Thursday. Despite the payment was made right away and employee from Windsor's office tried to help me, shipment just was done after 2 p.m. on Friday and I paid for overnight delivery. After receiving a tracking number, I checked it and found out that my delivery will be done on weekday (so Monday is the earliest) and it requires signature. I asked specifically about overnight delivery, but the person form Windsor location, who sincerely tried to help me, doesn't have any control of what is going on in Ohio location. I suppose, Ohio location doesn't care about customers at all! They didn't take in consideration anything they were supposed to do! They didn't ship the same day as they promised and next day weren't in a rush to do their job!
This is why I give them two stars, because the employee in Windsor location tried to do her best and contacted me right away with any updates ( I would give her five stars), but Ohio location disappointed and ruined everything

Spirol is great! Also, if you need assistance they are willing to send samples.

I was approached for the order and accommodated additional requirement. It shipped very quickly which was crucial for this order.

Shipping. Product was not shipped accordance to what was selected on order. However, I was accommodated when adding to an existing order, and other options were provided to me to make up for the shipping error.

The product is absolutly great and deserves a 5 but customer service/caring is lacking hense the 2 stars.

I actually wanted to get some samples but I got lost and never herd back for about 3 weeks and by that time I had found another supplyer for the samples the sales person was new taking over a persons place that retired so I'm not blaming them so much but when they didn't remember who I was after dealing with them for almost 2 years that kind of pushed it over the top for the review.

I had to buy the min.of 300 pieces for a small production run. I have a small one man business and work close to the vest on expences these days but big corporations really don't care much about the little people and their problems anymore which is pretty sad. ""There I have had my say, if you want to delete this, edit it, or file it in the circular file have @ it, I don't have time to play games and if you deside to post it thank you and delete the quoted part prior to ""

I was looking for two coiled pins. Not two boxes or two thousand. Only two. I received a quote for something over $300. Your response illustrated a total disregard for reasonability. If you don’t sell in such a small quantity, then say so.
