Probably one of the worst casinos out of the hundreds ive tried. Im fully verified there, tried to make a withdrawl of a miniscule 50 euro. Was denied crypto even though ive deposited with crypto denied skrill even though ive deposited with skrill. No option for cc even though ive deposited with cc. My alternative was a manual withdrawl, my account was temporarily disabled while this process happens according to their support. 10 days later no word back no cash received and emails no longer getting replys. All over a 50 euro withdrawl. Do not waste your time or sanity dealing with this lot. Very disappointing for a Dama casino. Very very disappointing. Was not the 1st time i had withdrawal trouble with spinsup, and to date have not made a successful withdrawal because of their shenanigans.

Per decine di mail hanno continuato a chiedermi la prova di un pagamento avvenuto con google pay. Il problema è che IO NON HO MAI AVUTO GOOGLE PAY. Ho allegato il portafoglio google pay che mi conferma che non ho mai fatto transazioni con esso, ho allegato decine di screen della mia banca in cui è ben visibile il pagamento ma a loro non frega niente. Continuano a chiedermi la prova del pagamento google pay. Il mio errore? Nelle modalità di deposito ho cliccato su "google pay/mastercard" non avendo appunto google pay il pagamento è poi avvenuto con carta, ma a loro risulta sia avvenuto con google pay che ripeto NON HO MAI AVUTO. NON GIOCATE CON QUESTI TRUFFATORI. SONO GIA IN CONTATTO CON GOOGLE E SEGNALERÒ IL TUTTO.

Eines der schlechteren Casinos von Dama, zumindest scheint es enorm schlecht und nicht besonders kundenorientiert gemanagt zu sein. Einfachste Anfragen können durch die Agenten im Chat nicht gelöst werden und diese teilen mit, das Problem an einen Manager weiterzuleiten.
Dort werden einfachste Probleme eben nicht gelöst, fragt der Kunde 24h im Chat nach, wird nur gesagt man hätte noch keine Zeit gehabt.
In meinem Fall geht es um ein Bonusangebot, welches in 7 Teilen (1 pro Tag) gutgeschrieben wird. An Tag 2 wurden Teil 2-6 mit "Abgelaufen" hinzugefügt. Wer so eine Sache nicht gelöst bekommt, wie ist es dann bei grösseren Problemen? Auch wenn ich einer der vielen unwichtigen Minikunden bin, zeigt es ja ganz gut das dieses Casino nicht besonders kundenorientiert arbeitet.

Ich fühle mich verpflichtet, meine Erfahrungen mit SpinsUp zu teilen, um andere Spieler vor den unlauteren und betrügerischen Praktiken dieses Casinos zu warnen. Dies ist eine Chronik von vorsätzlicher Täuschung und kundenfeindlichem Verhalten.
Der Anfang vom Ende: Ein gebrochenes Versprechen
Alles begann mit einer Einzahlung für ein Bonusangebot mit täglichen Freispielen. Am zweiten Tag wurde die Gutschrift vergessen. Anstatt den Fehler zu beheben, hat der Support das Problem manuell verschlimmert, indem er komplett falsche Freispiele mit falschen Umsatzbedingungen gutschrieb.
Die Kommunikation: Eine Farce aus KI-Bot und Ignoranz
Der Live-Chat selbst fühlt sich an, als würde man mit einem primitiven KI-Chatbot sprechen. Man erhält zu 99% vorgeschriebene Standardantworten, die auf Schlüsselwörter reagieren, aber die eigentliche Problematik und die gestellten Fragen komplett ignorieren. Man hat dauerhaft das Gefühl, mit einer Maschine zu reden, die nur darauf programmiert ist, einen hinzuhalten.
Versucht man, das Problem per E-Mail zu eskalieren, wird man vollständig ignoriert. Auf meine formellen Beschwerden per E-Mail kam nie eine inhaltliche Antwort, nur Werbe-Spam.
Die Eskalation: Beschwerde führt zur Bestrafung
Nachdem E-Mails ignoriert und der Live-Chat nutzlos war, habe ich das Casino bei der zuständigen Lizenzbehörde in Curaçao gemeldet. Die Vergeltung von SpinsUp folgte prompt und in zwei Stufen:
Stufe 1 (Die Bestrafung): Zuerst sperrten sie mein Konto dauerhaft für alle zukünftigen Boni. Dies war die klare Strafe für meine offizielle Beschwerde.
Stufe 2 (Die Aussperrung): Kurz darauf boten sie eine Rückerstattung an, nur um dann meinen Account vollständig zu sperren. Seitdem habe ich keinerlei Zugang mehr zu meinem Konto, meiner Spielhistorie oder den Chat-Protokollen. Dies ist ein klarer Versuch, mir jegliche Einsicht zu entziehen, während sie die versprochene Rückerstattung absichtlich weiter hinauszögern.
Zusammenfassend ist meine Erfahrung mit SpinsUp:
Vertragsbruch: Versprochene Leistungen werden nicht erbracht.
Ignoranz & Inkompetenz: Der Support agiert wie ein schlechter KI-Bot und ignoriert E-Mails komplett.
Vergeltungsmaßnahmen: Kritische Kunden, die sich bei der Lizenzbehörde beschweren, werden mit Kontosperrungen bestraft.
Systematische Schikane: Probleme und selbst angebotene Lösungen werden absichtlich verzögert.
Dieses Casino agiert bösgläubig und strafend. Sparen Sie sich das Geld und den Ärger.
