Unfortunately I have had a horrible experience. Withdrawal process inconsistent. Support help just same the same thing each time without offering solutions. They asked me to reach out to another company regarding transfer and they confirmed they NEVER received the withdrawal. When trying to inquire with support staff they continued to lie to me and tell me to " wait" for it to show up even though the time frame has past. This is a scam site. Do not waste your money.

WARNING!!! Scammer site!!!
WARNING!!!! I would give it minus 5 stars if I could. I would NOT trust this site. They make it extremely difficult to withdraw any winnings, even if only a small amount. They like to make up random verification processes for absolutely no reasonable explanation so that you cannot withdraw your money. In my case, they asked me to provide physical proof of my VIRTUAL visa debit, which there is no such thing because it is VIRTUAL, not physical. Then they said I need to get a letter written by my bank to confirm ownership of my virtual visa debit, which my bank said they do not do and have never heard of before. So now I’m stuck with no way to withdraw money that is now owed to me because I have put in my own money into it and won a bit. So basically, this site has scammed me. I do NOT recommend using this site EVER!!!! Run, don’t walk!
