It's been three days since I put in for a withdrawal customer support said I can only withdrawal once a week?! Then when I said in the withdrawal rules it said five times a week he just said the team will update me via email and that was it very poor very very poor at this point I'd be surprised if I get the money

I had to update my review for the last time to something positive. So they do payout which is good but the withdrawal process takes a very long time. They lose 2 stars for that. Everything else is fine.

I have put just a few 100 bucks on here and played and had no such luck. I play thousands daily with Pulsz and Crown Coins and have no problems hitting. It’s a casino so you win and loose some. I will say the RTP is very low with this one. They can say it’s random all day long but each platform chooses the RTP percentage. This is why pragmatic was removed from the US. I give it one because they won’t allow you to not give them zero. It takes days to reply(if you get one). They have no intention on paying you out. It is a scam. I’ve been getting a runaround because they want a picture of my debit card that I used. I have sent it 10 times and it’s been reject 10 times and they had even told me it’s been approved. It wasn’t. I have 240 in limbo and I don’t think I will see it. You sure as hell don’t have to jump through hoops to spend money there, but God forbid you wanna pull anything out. Stay away!!!!! I will update if there’s any change.
