Then claims refer back to terms of service... And literally denies withdrawals that were already approved once after going in and checking account. Now as a US citizen, if I was to do this I would probably get charged with a crime and get thrown into clink with paying restitution.
This is 100% theft.

Very misleading, dishonest, lacks Integrity
The site is very misleading and employs bait and switch tactics to increase site traffic with free bonus chips and then they deny your withdrawals when you finally make it through their exorbitant play through amount. Very misleading. An ethical and a platform with integrity would not allow or promote personalized offers which violate their terms and conditions.
