Not happy
It has been over a week and still no response on why my account got locked. I had sweepstake coins, available to redeem and play. While in the middle of a slot game, I got kicked out and locked out and I don’t understand why. Whatever I did, I’m sure it was something minor and not enough to just lock me out of the whole entire game. I very much enjoy splinblitz and would like my account unlocked please

I’ll tell you what went wrong this time,,,,I don’t have 2 accounts nor do I have 2 phone numbers,,everything was fine then all of us sudden I had to prove to you who I was,,I should not of had to do this and how can my cell number be hooked up with another player/account??,,,that’s why I deleted the game because you ignored me when I reached out to you about this problem,,,it needs to be fixed before I even think about downloading it ever again

Let down
I was originally a huge fan of this site. However not anymore. So originally I had a account I played on and cashed out on. Then I got a crazy lady stalking me on my phone. T-Mobile swapped out my sim card and changed my phone number. They told me I can not sign in to anything associated with my old account or she will have access to my phone again. So I made new email and new account on everything. Been playing on here with my new account. Spent 20, hit for 1100.00. Went to cash out. Only to have my account locked. Reached out to customer service. They don't care. Explained situation multiple times. Did have 1 guy say they will make a exception only to have someone else come over the top of him to tell me no. Appherently I have to chose my safety and life or their game. But they had no problem taking my money. I did have this happen on another slot site. It was Pulsz. After I explained it to them they made a 1 time exception and unlocked my account. I would def play Pulsz over Spree.

I love your group jackpots they are one of a kind and different. I’ve actually won several times. It does seem like your balance goes away so fast when you are enrolled though. I know a lot of my friends won’t play it because of that. They say they only get half the spins they normally would get on the same amount of money.
