Still waiting for the delivery 3 weeks after ordering. They emailed to say they’d run out of supplies and it would be another week before it would be out but still not received.

Hi Darren,
Apologies you haven't received your order. There was a slight delay to our shipment which we weren't informed of, so we were sitting on our hands waiting for the stock to arrive without knowing it was late. That has arrived today and all backlogged orders will be processed and sent today/tomorrow.
We made every effort to make sure customers were aware of the delay to that specific item before buying, with notices on the homepage, product page, and checkout page.
We apologise that the delay was slightly later than originally stated, but do find it very disappointing that you have opted to come here and leave us a 1-star review.
As a very small company we work really hard to make sure our customer service is up to scratch, as well as trying to build a good online reputation, so something like this does nothing but damages us and undermines our efforts.
As I said, thankfully our shipment arrived today so an email is scheduled to go out to all customers and all orders processed ASAP.
Thanks,
Spike Golf 💀

I had accidentally ordered a Hat that wasn't in stock through one of the bundles, they looked to see if they had one, they didn't so offered me a more expensive newer hat and some tees, more than happy with the experience and the customer service was top notch, will be ordering all my golf gear from these in the future.
