As someone who has spent $400+ on plugins off Spigotmc.org I can safely say I was shocked at the customer service I received.

After moving house 3 times in the last year unfortunately some notebooks go missing and along with that my 2FA backup codes. It's life, people forget things (which is why there is a password reset on everything yeah?). So, not only do I get a scolding by Spigot Moderators, but the process also takes over a week to sort out, and now I have a week ban because I forgot 2FA backup codes. So, I can't even access my paid plugins now for another week.

This happens! It is life, people lose track of things. We are not bots, we are human. So now it is another week waiting to update my plugins. Honestly, I will be sticking with Polymart, BuiltbyBit, and Modrinth from now on, and when I can, I will leave Spigot for good.

Disgraceful how they treat loyal customers. Shame on Michael and the Spigot Staff team and policies/procedures.

It's Starting to Get Really Annoying SpigotMC has now been under "attack mode" for a while. The CAPTCHA verification for proving you're human often doesn’t work properly, Besides, the website could definitely do with some major UI upgrades in order to be more modern. and it might be time to consider alternatives like Modrinth or Hangar, which offer a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.

used to be okay, now really just plain boring, much better other platforms

I can't get past the human verify page as it's stuck in a loop every time. Occasionally it works if I use a different web browser, but it's absolute nonsense.

Thanks to this platform not only have I been able to become a skilled Java developer with dozens of plugins published and created, but I've also become a better person and grew personally.
I've created many projects that are now used and appreciated by many people, all around the world, and that is a truly beautiful feeling that is only available thanks to SpigotMC and its outstanding services.
Not only they provide all of their services for free, but I've also been able to make some profits thanks to their market system, which allowed me to sell SystemInfo and other Premium Quality Software that they host on their website.
Overall the philosophy and goal of SpigotMC is very noble and I will continue to support them if they keep their good work as they've been doing over the last decade!

I don't see something big to control this guy and his gang as they are GC and PM who are the same person at the precer or well known to each other as they lick and lick but I also see very lack of profecion on the web they use the only payment method paypal.

Very usefull plugin for Minecraft server owners. There are a lot of great plugins that I use on my Minecraft server.

Ich finde mich bis heute noch nicht zurecht (bin seit ca. einem Jahr immer mal wieder auf der Seite)

Mehr kann man hier nicht zu sagen, wen man sich nur Plugins erwirbt. Gerade weil von Spigot KEINE Plugins zur Verfügung gestellt werden!

People can leave low reviews without evidence? That's a yikes. Plus, fake reviews hold the same value as valid, high star reviews. Congrats on screwing devs over, you cucks.

Site is decent, plugins are good. But staff are hit or miss most of the time, not helpful and usually just take action without explanation.

Community is friendly.

The community is very nice. In the forum they are helping very fast. But the moderation is dirt. Yesterday a post got deleted because "forks" weren't allowed. I just asked how to use an external library in bukkit. Simple Java help while bukkit plugins programming.

So 5-3 Stars cause of that.
