This is the third time I've bought from this company. All the plants I've had have been great quality and a good size. For what I've received they're good value and arrive expertly packed and very quickly.

This is my first time to buy plants from Spicesotic Plants online store. I bought one Slipper Paphiopedilum 'Pinocchio' and one mini Cattleya Itsy Bitsy. Quick delivery, received the parcel just now, so happy :) :) :)

I was wondering and worrying how a Slipper in bloom could be delivered by post, but it turns out that it's really possible. They packed the plants very well and both plants sat safely inside the box with the assistance of two sticks.

Actually I wanted to buy 4 orchids from this store, but I really wondered what plant quality I would receive, and the prices were quite expensive, so I only ordered 2 orchids.

Now I know I will definitely buy again from this reliable store. It's worth it :)

The Slipper is in bloom and there are a lot of flower buds, so I know I can enjoy more slippers for many months ahead. Besides, the mini Cattleya got a lot of pseudobulbs, so I know it will be easy and quick for me to see it bloom

Now both healthy orchids are sitting a distance away from the windows. They spent some time in the dark in transit, I would like to acclimatize them to natural light.

I have bought several hundreds £ worth of plants from them and while often the plants are great, I have also had very bad experiences.

Often their plants are not adjusted to the UK climate (especially their warm growers) and they need time and care (1+ years) to start showing any type of growth.

They often charge full price for divisions with 2 leaves and/or divisions with no roots. What is worse, on multiple occasions I have been sent plants with rotting roots (the whole pot was smelling off and every single root was disintegrating) and they refused any responsibility, blaming it on me. This has happened consistently enough that I gave up on trying to get a replacement/refund when that happens, especially since others have reported that they block you and refuse to sell to you if you complain.

They are in a unique position to deal with ecuagenera and bring really cool plants in the UK, but it feels that they are abusing this position and they never treat their customers right when they send something below standard. Avoid unless you're buying in person.

I've bought plants three times from them, and each time I have been happy with the condition of the plants and the speed of delivery. I have just received my second order from Spicesotic. The plants were ordered late Monday night and arrived Wednesday morning so top marks for delivery and well done the Post Office as well. The plants are really good quality and exactly as described on their website. The plants from the first order have settled in and are growing well.
From my own experience I have no hesitation in recommending Spicesotic.
