Thank you for your message, and please accept our sincere apologies if you felt that your request was not properly addressed.
We understand your frustration and would like to clarify that we carefully reviewed our communication history and could not identify any issue on our side. Our phone lines are open and fully operational from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and customers are always welcome to contact us directly during these hours.
According to our records, you requested a call on a Tuesday, and we attempted to reach out exactly as requested. Unfortunately, there was no response, which is why we followed up with emails to check if you still needed assistance.
Please understand that while we do our best to accommodate call requests, we are not able to predict the exact moments when a customer may or may not be available to answer. In urgent situations, the fastest and most effective way to get help is often to give us a direct call.
We remain at your service and are happy to assist further—just let us know what you need.

Poor customer service
Tried to book a clean, despite sending over the Google PIN of the location, Anne tells me (in her opinion) the address does not exist (because it clearly does according to Ctt, Google and everyone else) and cancelled my last minute booking so I could not even make payment. When I pointed out that the address is on Google maps, Anne just stopped responding. A service that is supposed to make life easier and minimise stress does the opposite.

Thank you for the review.
We did not say the address doesn't exist; we mentioned that the full address, including the door number, doesn't appear on Google Maps. This means the cleaner will not be able to find it. Our screenshot shows the result when we enter the complete location.
Simply displaying "the street name " does not help in this case.
We are here to assist, but it won't be possible without a valid link directly to the customer's house.
Thank you for understanding
Trustworthy
The cleaner arrived on time, was pleasant and did a good and thorough cleaning job. The payment method worked. So we will use them again.
What we found strange is that they don’t clean things inside like ovens or make the beds. You might get that service but only by paying extra.

Thank you for your kind review! We're glad to hear that the cleaner arrived on time, was pleasant, and did a thorough job. We appreciate your feedback.
Regarding your comment about ovens and making the beds, we want to clarify that these tasks can certainly be included in the service at no extra charge—you just need to let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to take care of them for you!
In the booking form you have the option to select it in the tasks as well.
Looking forward to serving you again soon!

Booked again!
The 3 cleaners arrived promptly and were friendly. They deep-cleaned our house for 5 hours in preparation for a party. I noticed a couple of things that were missed, specifically the chrome faucet and part of the shower door. I found a couple of “dust bunnies” left behind as well. However, none of those things have dissuaded us from booking them to come and clean again.

Fine altogether. The cleaner was very friendly and…
The cleaner was very friendly and sweet. She was a half hour early and we were still getting ready so would have been great if she was at the actual time and she had 4 hours to clean a not very big 60-65 sqm unit and did a decent job. In that time I feel a more thorough job could have been done but all in all was pretty good.
