The dishes had spots on them after she cleaned them and also after she moped the floor there wes still trash on the floor that I had to pick up. And she didn’t dust

Low initial stars for cleaning, 5 for customer support. I’ve ordered a deep cleaning, booked enough time and 2 people. The cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen was very well done, no complaints there, but dusting off shelves and furniture was done very badly, and one room was not cleaned almost at all, despite cleaners having 1 hour for it. Their excuse was that the vacuum cleaner ran out of battery, but then why do I hear about this 5 mins before the cleaning ends? I reached out to support about this, and they were very kind to resolve the issue fast. So as the company they are nice and customer-oriented, but the service totally depends on the provider, so I guess you can be more or less lucky.

It's a spic and SCAM.
We have booked a cleaning lady, paid a deposit, unfortunately no one ever came.
After contacting Anne from the customer support, to tell that the cleaning lady is running late for 2 hours - we got an answer that it's due to traffic. Later Anne told us that the cleaning lady managed to get in the apartment.
The truth - no one ever showed up, therefore we requested to reschedule cleaning for the next day - received an answer that the cleaning lady already arranged it with the owner of the apartment, yet no one ever came nor spoke to the owner.
Friendly advice - avoid any interaction with this SCAM company.
