Good prep and attention to detail/variety of roles

I can’t say enough good things about this recruitment agency. They helped me every step of the way. I really felt they were working for my interests and I now have a great opportunity. I wouldn't hesitate recommending sphere.

Out of all the recruitment agencies k have used, been called by and sent my CV off to I have admit that Sphere has been the best. They called me, and the next day i met several of there recruiters in the office discussing different roles. I didn't get these first time but that didn't stop them. I was hearing regular updates from each recruiter I was in touch with. They'd call immediately with any updates on new positions and they wouldn't stop until they got me something. Which they in the end! Sam, Charlie and Lizzie are the best examples of what are recruitment should be. Clear, concise and considerate. Even when I felt low because of several rejections Sam called me giving me a pep talk to go smash it, and that's what I did.

Sphere is a great company and if you have the opportunity to work with them they will go leaps and bounds to help you.

I decided to work with Sphere due to the caliber of their opportunities. Their modes of communication were a little strong for me - they text you every time they emailed you without giving you a chance to respond. But otherwise a good service.
