I have just joined Spetz but I can see a difference. I have been able to get clients which was very difficult before, and customer care is prompt. If you continue like this you will be the best company to work with.

I Initially left a one star review for this company due to difficulties we faced and irrelevant calls we were receiving and being billed for, once I managed to get in touch with Spetz they promptly rectified and credited the account back for the calls that we got for services we don't offer, we did receive calls that were relevant to our services too so the customer base is certainly there with these guys, we were aware that our services were not covered or targeted at the time of joining but they have done the leg work to gain that customer interaction online and get exclusive calls through to us - which is great

I look forward to gaining more leads, it does look very promising and the review is based on the service they have provided me regarding support and correcting issues promptly, I'd definitely recommend joining up as you will get calls for business & they certainly can help

Didn't give 5 stars as there is room for improvement in relation to carrying out test calls etc to ensure the customer has the correct number saved for exclusive leads and offer Help and guidance on using specific ring tones instead of it being a suggestion

Outstanding service from the Spetz Team. First some comprehensive email replies answering basic questions up-front, followed up by a phone call from Mathew to get the account up and running. All questions were answered on the call (and I had quite a few). We then focused on getting the account set up. The process was a breeze and the communication delightful. Much attention was paid to understanding our service offering and matching this to the correct categories. I've started using Spetz by installing the app and can't wait to start fielding enquiries. The company approached me for providing verified leads and customers with each lead costing £15. I know from experience that all leads do not translate into business. I took a PAY NOW USE LATER option starting with £100 deposit. However, in case of SPETZ, the ROI Return On Investment is pathetically poor. For each call i was charged £22.80 while 2 out of 4 calls were proven scams. I informed SPETZ that I won't go any further with them and that was end of story. To date it looks all set. I have nothing against them so far. Its their way of business.

As an experienced businessman mobile sole trader, I rely on Social Media and Online Marketing. YELL and GOOGLE are all time better and cheaper. 118 listing of YELL costs £1 per verified call, £2.50 through GOOGLE and £1.50 per online query through GOOGLE AD WORDS. An advertisement on GUMTREE cost £10.99 and generates £1200 wirth of business in 7 days. Featured ads on GUMTREE costs £33 - £87 and generated £500 to £2000 in 3 - 7 days. They are far better than SPETZ.

I would like to inform other Traders that please do not let your hard earned money go away. If you do have some cash, please donate to a charity. You can find homeless starving people on streets and GOD, ALLAH, JESUS, BHAGWAN, GURU, KARMA etc etc will bent to look at you. I know these are desperate times and as a parent I know how hard it is to keep ends meet. Please spend your money wisely. If SPETZ or similar outfit sound like a viable option, make sure it should be your last choice and may be even not.

The reason for review is not to belittle SPETZ. As a responsible businessman, my sympathies at first lie with tradesmen community. I must voice my determination to other to be scammed in despair.

Tradesman beware this company are COWBOY RIPOFFS, charge a lot of money for leads they don't want u to see till they bill you. Absolutely run a mile. ALOT OF THE LEADS ARE FABRICATED TOO

Good service, I received a few Calls from this platform to fix my fridge I had a lovely gentleman who came looked at my fridge the same day on a Friday where I couldn't find anyone else.

Im fully satisfied with spetz service im highly recommended

Scam! They suddenly started texting and calling me at 1145pm on a Saturday night

I was desperate for someone to finish a wallpapers job that I started but could not finish so I contacted Spitz and received a phone call very quickly and someone ( Clive ) came 2 days later and finished the job very well.
