Everything was very good
Everything was very good. The staff explained everything clearly, and I felt well supported throughout the process. The only area for improvement could be a little more communication after I signed the proposal. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Right from the onset my experience was great and I was feeling like such a failure in calling them.
