One thing in the package is how we register our product in the data base. I need weblink of the database for product based information entry directly from us without going to customer point of sales.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. After reviewing our records, we see that you have placed two orders with us. One was for the free promotional barcode number we offer, and the other was for 10 barcode numbers purchased for $15 USD. We do not see any indication that you were charged twice.
If you believe there was a double charge, please provide the transaction numbers so we can investigate further. Alternatively, you can contact PayPal directly to review the transactions.
For assistance, feel free to email us at sales@speedybarcodes.com. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm MST, and we are happy to help resolve this matter.
