I returned my items and they never refunded my money. They won’t return emails and it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Their Customer Service is nonexistent. You’re better off purchasing from Amazon.

Steer clear
I would give them no stars but it isn’t an option. I ordered a Lewis Hamilton 1:5 scale helmet and they said it would be two weeks before it ships and it has been 4 months. The website now says it’s back ordered for another two weeks. I have emailed customer service three times with no response. This website is absolute garbage and I recommend just ordering from F1.com. The wait time is longer but at least you get what you ordered and they respond if there is an issue. Stay clear of speedgear.com.

I ordered an item on December 8th that was in stock according to their web site. I figured that would be plenty of time to get here before Christmas. WRONG!!! WRONG!!! Thanks to their mishandling and lack of communication it will not be here until after Christmas. Very very angry at this point, So I have nothing good to say about these people.

I ordered a couple of small ticket items to try Speedgear out. I paid for regular, no-rush shipping and got it by the end of the week I had ordered it on. Their premium stuff is a bit too pricey for me, but I'd definitely buy from them again.

This order was for DVDs, 2 on Ferrari, Le Mans and Grand Prix, GP Heroes-Mario Andretti and 2 History of Motor Racing I'm particularly excited about; 1950s and 1960s. Have always wanted to see GP racing from the early days! I've been a fan of Ferrari since I was a boy. The two classic racing films are highly regarded, so I can't wait to see them. And Mario is my all-time favorite racer!
