An absolutely brilliant service by people who showed they really cared that I was ordering glasses that were best for me - even making suggestions which fortunately resulted in my glasses fitting properly which wouldn't have been the case otherwise - I doubt I would have received this level of service elsewhere.
The icing on the cake was that the glasses arrived very quickly - about 4 days earlier than my wife's who ordered hers on the same day from the market leader.
My sincere thanks go to a very professional team who deserve to succeed.

The arm on my reading glasses failed and the repair didn't hold. Meanwhile I had distance glasses in a quality frame doing nothing, as I no longer need them. So getting them reglazed for reading seemed like a great idea.

Having been horrified at the cost of "designer" frames on the high street I decided to look online. I was shocked at the difference in price - £200 in my case. I was nervous of risking online glasses as I was unable to try the frames, but this can easily be solved by trying on in the high street. The online ordering was simple and quick.
