Thank you for the review! It might work to use a stronger/larger UV light. The bigger/stronger the light, the better the effect.
Excellent customer service
Made an order to Denmark which arrived in the expected timeframe. Unfortunately the package didn’t have one of the items I ordered. I wrote the shop and within a couple of hours they’d shipped the remaining item free of shipping charges, and even included an extra “fun” item. Excellent customer service, no complaints here, not with the missing item either, as we can all make mistakes. It’s abot how we own up to them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service, lightening fast delivery times, very competitive prices on most essential oils. For some reason Patchouli is a lot more expensive than the market rate? Scope for improvement by extending the range of essential oils and also the website information where some essential oils are incorrectly described. Will buy from again

Van een slechte ervaring naar een top ervaring!
Ik heb eerder een Engelstalige review gemaakt waarbij ik een slechte ervaring had met de aflevering, niet met het product. Sander van Acht van Special Ingredients Europe heeft direct gereageerd en als compensatie een gebaar gemaakt. Dit had natuurlijk niet gehoeven, de chauffeur van Post.nl is niet langs geweest en dat was voor Special Ingredients niet beïnvloedbaar, overmacht dus.
Het product, de verpakking en de snelheid van het versturen, de communicatie en dus de hele geleverde dienst was prima. De reactie op mijn review en de manier van communiceren van Sander is geweldig. Ik weet zeker dat ik de volgende keer weer bij hen iets zal bestellen.
Hulde hoe Sander van een slechte ervaring een top ervaring heeft gemaakt, dank hiervoor!
