Originally I had a problem with my order due to miscommunication and I was upset. But the owner himself took matter in his own hand and contacted me directly to ensure my problem was resolved . I can’t say enough good thing about him and what a great example of being a business owner . I feel that I’m matter even though my order wasn’t really big like many others.

Speculative Fiction Shop is the place to go for the best in pop culture. I recently purchased a figure from Mondo through Speculative Fiction. However, I realized a few days later one of the sculpts was missing. The issue was the figure was sold out everywhere. I contacted Todd Johnson (Spec Fiction Shop), and he responded immediately; contacting a sales rep at Mondo. Todd then informed me and I contacted this person, and within an hour I received an email that the replacement part would be shipped! Dont ever doubt the customer service of this shop! Todd the owner is the nicest most helpful and one of the greatest human being I had the honor to talk too.. He respect the customers and the hobby and the man is wizard who can grant wishes.. I got a lot of rare statues with great prices all the way to Egypt and most importantly.. I got a friend.

I ordered 2 mono cases back in January. These, unlike moducases which have an extremely long wait list, are realistically supposed to ship within 4 months. I've been waiting for almost 8 months now. They don't provide any updates unless you press them for it, and they just regurgitate the same response "you've been marked as high priority." Combined with ridiculous cancellation fees, I'm over it. May: we're expecting a shipment next month. July: we're checking our inventory. August: we have a shipment clearing customs. HELLO? IT'S THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. STILL WAITING... Moduspace should remove this company from their affiliate page.
