It was a wonderful time. The accommodation was excellent. The staff and instructors were very friendly. A few beautiful hikes were included. Garry and his team were very friendly. It was a lovely atmosphere in which to improve one’s language skills.

It was a great experience! We went to beautiful places in Scotland - I couldn't have reached most of them easily on my own, so it was a great opportunity - and practiced english thanks to Garry, Alex and Amy who were really welcoming, patient and kind! It was really worth it! Thank you so much!!✨️

I had an amazing experience with Al Fresco English. Everything was absolutely great from start to finish. Garry is a fantastic teacher – friendly, patient, and full of positive energy. He creates a relaxed atmosphere where learning feels natural and fun.
I really enjoyed our time together, had lots of laughs, and at the same time improved our English without even realizing it. Highly recommend Al Fresco English to anyone who wants to improve their English in a fun, engaging, and authentic way and exploring the surroundings of Edinburgh.

I really enjoyed the experience with English Al Fresco, I’ve just done it in September! Joining its trip has been a great occasion to visit Scotland for the first time. Moreover, the possibility to improve my English with Garry, the native speakers and fellows of experience, it’s an original and fantastic idea, in addition to visiting places, feeling the british everydays life, learning history of Scotland and exploring nature with hiking on the mountains. Everything was pefectly organized and it went very well. The accomodation is really confortable, you can feel like at your home. A special thanks to the leader, Garry! He’s a great! I definitely believe that joining this trip it truly worth!

I went in Edinburgh with a group in September.

For me, this experience was perfect.

I had a lot of fun and had the opportunity to practice speaking English freely. I found this type of experience very interesting for those who, like me, love to enjoy a holiday, meet new people, visit new places, and also practice and learn English in a fun way.

The program is very varied, a good mix of nature, culture, and fun.

The teachers (five native speakers) were very kind, always attentive to everyone's needs in a careful and empathetic way.

The accommodation was also lovely, cozy, and clean.

So, 5 stars from me!

Great experience with Gary, this experience was very useful for improving my English. I known many interesting people and i can only suggest to try this beautiful experience.

It was a unique experience. Traveling with Gary not only showed me the beauty of Scotland, but also improved my language skills. The group of native speakers made me feel comfortable during the trip. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Polecam wycieczki z Garrym! Ma ogromną wiedzę, zwiedził 3/4 świata, jest bardzo otwarty na ludzi z różnych kultur. Wyjazd z nim jest nietuzinkowy, poznaje się mało uczęszczane miejsca łącząc zwiedzanie z nauką języka i odkrywaniem kultury i zwyczajów danego kraju.

This is a great way to refresh or improve your English speaking skills! Garry and all the locals were just amazing and made me feel at home from the very first day. A truly immersive experience, highly recommended!
