I don’t understand where these 5* reviews are coming from, I ordered & paid (a lot of money) almost 2 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived, I have emailed numerous times. No response, the one I sent today bounced back. I all disgusted & upset, I’m 80 yrs old & cannot afford to lose this money & certainly can’t afford to go to another company. I’m stuck, I don’t know what I can do, if anything.
I had a query before placing my order, and their team responded quickly and clearly. Very professional service with reliable guidance.

They accepted it was a dispatch error but never was able to send the one with valid shelf life.
They offered unrelated alternative product covering only 50% of my first order. They would not take back their product, and they refused to refund my money. They have stopped responding to my email. A SCAM SETUP, FRAUDULENT and DISHONEST BUNCH. I gave them a long rope to prove their integrity, but they failed. NOT TO BE TRUSTED under any stretch of imagination.
