I only gave one star because the review doesnt allow me to give 0. 11 days later my parts have not arrived and courier cannot be contacted. Will not shop here again.
I have been sold an infrared sauna which does not work as it should, it is hot in the back and cold in the front. I have been having correspondence with resolutions dept. to no avail, only excuses, no contact from the Perth office at all. No service personnel in Perth and it is absolutely atrocious. $5000 for a one person infrared sauna which gives you a trickle of a sweat. I have been using infra red saunas for the last 10 years but never had such a poor result. Due to the glass framing in the front, which I think is a design mistake, the temperature goes to max 30C, while it is 60C in the back. I might as well just sit in front of a heater. Absolutely disappointing.
Spa World and Lisa Marais service has been first class with follow up and also communication on any requests. Lisa was also very knowledgeable about the products for sale and gave us an honest opinion of what spa we should purchase for our home.
Can’t fault pre and after sales from the team at spa world. A call out especially for Lisa Marais who was pivotal in the sale process of both swim spa and vortex pergolas.
Customer service is very good, especially Lisa Marais. Prompt responses to emails, informative at the showroom, and a later request put forward by us was dealt with above and beyond.
Lisa was most helpful & always happy to help at the drop of a hat. We ordered our spa on the Tuesday & had it delivered on the Friday. The whole process was super smooth!
Do not buy a spa from these people. Nothing but a hassle. Delivered a broken spa. They'll take your money for sure dump a hunk of broken crap in your backyard and avoid all your calls. Totally disgraceful. Have to seek legal advice. They are a scummy company , go somewhere else.

Cannot get Sauna that is paid for!
I ordered and paid for the Sauna unit in August. This is > $ 7k, and they said it would be 6 weeks delivery. From then it has been silent - no feedback, weekly emails from me, no solutions. Finally they say installation after 3 months (November) .... but then the day before they say they have sold their unit and need to re-order - no new date. Unbelievable - even paid for.
We started our spa research on the internet and we were very impressed with the amount of technical information and videos available on your range. We have chosen the Vortex Nitro spa after a pleasant and informative visit with Lisa. She knowledgeably answered our many questions and we are eagerly awaiting our spa delivery in autumn 2023.
The only negative was the difficulty in the initial contact with Spa World, we needed to speak to our local store right at the start as we had specific delivery queries to our rural property, and it took jumping a few hoops with an unanswered web query and various 1300 numbers to get to that stage. All good now though.
I recently purchase a Jacuzzi Spa from Lisa at Spa World Perth and I couldn't have been happier about the whole experience. I had been looking a for a particular spa for about six months and the one I wanted came on special when I was away on holidays. I rang Lisa and she was happy to hold it for me until I got back from holidays to inspect it in person. If she hadn't done that I would have missed out. Her guidance and knowledge on all the different type of spas was also very helpful in making sure I had selected the right one for my needs. Then the whole delivery of the spa was seamless, with the delivery personal setting everything up perfectly and offering great advice and tips on how to run the spa. The only downside was that Jacuzzi accidently installed the wrong smart hub controller in the spa at the factory in America, so I am waiting for correct one to replace this, but this is no fault of Spa World. Overall I would highly recommend Spa World if you are in the market for a spa!
We recently took delivery of a Vortex Spectrum Spa which we love. The service from Spa World was fantastic, from visiting their Osborne Park showrooms to delivery. The sale person Tiffani, was very knowledgeable and really friendly. We visited a couple of times before deciding on the Spectrum. As there was never any pressure to buy, we where able to comfortably talk through the pros and cons as a family. We would defiantly recommend going to the Osborne Park showrooms and seeing for yourself.
Lisa was amazing. Her knowledge and support throughout the process was outstanding.
