Most useless communication I’ve ever experienced and couldn’t even cancel my order because of it and now I have to deal with the stuff I didn’t want

I am happy with the spartanware shirt I ordered. The printing quality is excellent and the shirt was comfortable to wear over a 2 day event. I want to thank spartanware for delivering the shirt excellent service.

I placed an order for myself and the team, our jerseys were everything we wanted. Great quality, they fitted amazingly. The Spartan wear team did a great job along with the speed in which we received our order and the order being tracked, we will definitely be ordering again in the future.

A month of no answer and no sign of my order.

I ordered a bit over 2 months ago and everything was fine for the first couple of days. But 1-2 weeks later they simply stopped answering my emails until the order had allegedly shipped.
Ever since then, whenever i go to track my order on their very own website, it says that my order is still processing even though i got a confirmation email that it had gotten shipped.
For the past month or so i've been trying to contect them everywhere, email, facebook, whatsapp, tiktok, discord (but im now banned and cant even join with an alt account), and i've gotten a whopping 0 replies from them.
I think it's about time this company either steps up and starts doing their job or they shut down, because this is a horrible business which i do not recommend ordering from, i am very disappointed.

This company might just be a scam, taking over 100€ from me and then proceeding to not give me a refund nor what i ordered.

Quality is meh, the price is ludicrous, and the size chart is a joke, what would typically be a size L is 5xl on spartanware

Spartanware are a fantastic company. Very accommodating from design to delivery, and supporting of other brands and organisations. Amy especially, the Customer Service rep, sees to all client needs.

Spartan Ware have been with me since i started streaming. The quality of merch i have had has been amazing, never had to chase them for anything and i have always been notified if there is a issue or delay in a product which rarely happens. Got a great working relationship with the customer services who are always on hand to help and assist when i ask a question. Constantly doing giveaways on social media which everyone loves a freebee!

Good reliable service with quality products

My team has been working with Spartanware for almost 2 years and they have been very good to work with. Clear easy communication, always open to giveaways and other arrangements. Also they have very good delivery times on jerseys compared to other similar manufacturers.

Other members of my team have received their shirts, do I know they aren't an out-and-out scam, but my experience is reminiscent of a fraudulent business.
I placed my order and was told it would be delivered in time for the event I needed it for. After it should have already been delivered, I received an email saying that my order was delayed and hadn't been made yet. At this point I was about to set off on holiday so wouldn't be able to receive it before the event, so I took up their offer of cancelling the order. They persuaded me not to cancel it by saying I could have it sent to a different address. Since that point I have sent multiple emails, and when I have contacted them directly they have denied receiving these. In the end, they send it to my original shipping address; but the shipping company has failed to deliver it to that address, sending a picture of a door that is not in my building with the package left outside. I've eventually contacted them on their Discord and they are frankly obstructive, essentially taking a view of 'we sent it somewhere so it's not our problem'.

UPDATE: Having seen their reply, all I can say is they're still lying about it. As I said in the review, they reached out to me after the agreed timeframe to see if I wanted to still go ahead with my order, and persuaded me not to cancel it on the basis that they could send it to an alternative address. They eventually replied to me on Discord, but consistently ignored my e-mails; and delivery was attempted, and was successful to AN address; but not either of the addresses they had for me, so I still have no idea where it was delivered. Unfortunately I can't see a way to upload a screenshot of my email correspondence with them, with repeated unanswered messages from me, to verify this fact.

Great customer service. Amy and the team went above and beyond to help us with our order. Despite the large quantity they provided a quick and detailed service.

I will definitely be using SpartanWare again.
