As a first time buyer, the whole buying process was really daunting to us. Steven made it easy and understandable. Steven was really hands-on about my case. He's open, transparent and insightful on options regardless if it's a product transfer or a re-mortgage entirely. He's genuinely pushing for a better rate which is saying something given the current economy.
