Scamming scumbags. Sent wrong item then ghosted me. $60 lesson learned. Stay away.

Order 1 outfit and hoodie on November 29th and it has been saying shipping for a long time lost tracking has no information it's in Chinese why do they even allow these types of companies if they're not legit on the internet this scams out of a lot of people's money and it's clothing it was for my adult child's birthday and it's just lost my child keeps asking me again and again are the items ever going to come and I'm still waiting and I've gotten many shipments since then from other companies for clothing three times over really upset on this one took a loss I'm going to report it if I ever get it I will also report it but right now feeling defeated the same response every time they come back to me and act like they're going to resolve something and nothing happens watch out for this company right now it's not looking too good I would advise other people not to order from this company

I ordered my items on 15th of October, 2025 and promised 5-10 business days to receive my order. The latest I should have received my items was on 29th of October. I emailed them a few times expressing my concerns about the shipping. They reassured me 10 business days. I didn't receive my order until 2nd of November, after Halloween. I tried on my order and they sent me an entirely different costume. The company stated that they will give me $10 off on my next purchase. I will not purchase another item from this site and I am in contact with them in regards to a refund. Do not order from this site! I would post the photo but it won't let me upload on this site. Terrible

Do not trust this company, today is the 21st of September of 2025. I ordered merchandise from this company almost 16 days ago…no updates, no cancellations, no money back and still no merchandise.

Wrong items supplied, wrong size item supplied.
Poor quality of items received.
Poor options offered to resolve.
Never again!!

Hello everyone I bought from this websites it looked shady asf and well its quite expensive if you buy one that's 20 something it's almost 15 dollars shipping so it's cost almost 40 bucks per shirt.I just received a shirt and its good quality the design and just a note tbh order one size up,Because I'm usually a medium but order a large because I sometimes wear oversizes and it's basically my medium size its fits.And it takes a while so don't be impatient the notifications are sent thru email and text messages. I order mines like Feb 4 and arrived today Feb 15 so basically 11 days and I live in the US . I would buy shirts again from them just be cautious to what are you buying. And it's from Sparkle cool website.I will say that the most important its that you dont get scam and the logos or graphic of the image is really good.Any questions I would reply to this.

Very shady operation. Consider everything they sell. How could they possibly have that amount of inventory? I ordered a hoodie; got something TOTALLY different. Something gave me the impression they weren’t reliable. They offered a very small store credit for a future purchase if I kept the item. They offered me a tiny refund for keeping the item. Finally, get a full refund but first I’d return the item to China but I had to pay shipping! Every option had me paying out more money to them. The issue is now with PayPal. Do NOT deal with them, or expoion.com. They’re the same operation.

Completely not what i was expecting, they looked like a jeanish type of material n they are like a cloth texture easy to snag. Very dissapointed.

Clothes looked very different to how they did on the website (looked very cheap and poor quality) and did not arrive with a return slip. The three emails I sent asking about returns were also ignored.

I bought two T-shirts and I want to return them, however there is no address and procedure to send it back. I have contacted them but there is mo answer from their side.
Do not buy them. Poor quality and no way to return it.
