Спарк ми открадна 100лв при регистрацията!
На 22ри Юли 2024 реших да си активирам акаунта в Spark. В приложението пишеше, че трябва да платя 30лв, след което ще ми бъдат върнати под формата на ваучер.
Въведох дебитната си карта и ми бяха изтеглени 100лв вместо 30лв, и отгоре на всичко ми дадоха изтекъл ваучер, който не мога да ползвам.
Разговарях няколко пъти вече със съпорт отдела им и след 3 седмици и трето обаждане ми казват, че не могат да ми дадат ваучера и че от тяхна страна всичко изглежда нормално. Абсолютна измама.
Помолих да ми върнат парите поне и все още си чакам.
Въпроса е принципен, не ми е за 100те лева. Не може взимаш банковите данни на хората и да си теглиш колкото искаш…

Pay the registration fee before getting…
Pay the registration fee before getting your license approved. My US drivers license was rejected and I was told a refund would be applied for 30lv. 10 business days later and I still have no refund. Revolut on my end are saying that no refund has been inititated. These guys are a scam, stay away.

Не принимает карты для оплаты с других стран. Это не удобно. Когда вводишь номер телефона, то есть выбор страны, но также не проходит номер из другой страны. Не рекомендую это приложение

Not accepting driving licences from certain countries
100% not recommending for tourists. I have a UK driving licence and it is not accepted?!? Isn’t that ridiculous, in what way my driving licence is any different from these from Bulgaria, France, Poland, etc. I have been charged 20lv registration fee and AFTER THAT I’m being notified that my driving licence is not acceptable. No refund has been given for this matter.

Useless for tourists
The app is unable to work with devices on roaming, with sim cards not from Bulgaria, making the whole service useless for tourists. I complained to the company about it and they blocked my account indefinitely, even when I got a Bulgarian sim card to accommodate their lack of app development.

I created an account
I created an account, paid 20 leva fee and added my driving licence. Then, I received an email "Your driving licence is confirmed". 2 days later, I went to pick a car, and it was requesting my driving licence again.
I called the Support and they couldn't do anything. They can't approve the driving licence, neither check the email sent.
I lost 3 hours to get a cargo/van - Nothing done by the company to fix the situation. I ended using a competitor service instead.
After a full week, nothing was done on the application. I requested a refund. I got a call to confirm the refund - Still no apologies or explanation about the situation.
I can't recommend this company as the Support don't have access to check or do anything. The Support team on the phone said they don't have access to Company Messenger / Email messages.
It's just disappointing and sad. Bugs can happen - Just acknowledge them and fix them. Display some real empathy and support toward your customers.
