Be warned this company do not respond to their customers.
I posted about the terrible service back in February - they did not respond to my repeated emails asking for a refund after they sent me the wrong product. They did however challenge the legitimacy of my Trustpilot review when I posted it but they didn't refund me despite saying they would.
Since then I have been repeatedly emailing for another two and a half months and again they have not responded nor have they paid the refund. If they won't reply to email or phone - what can a customer do to get their money back?

Dyson V8 (SV10) motorised head
Ordered a replacement motorised head for our Dyson V8 Animal on 23 April 2023.
Estimated delivery was given as 2 to 7 days after order confirmation (on 25 April) - chased thru a PayPal case on 5 May and received Royal Mail tracking number. Tracking revealed that the part had been received by Royal Mail on the evening of 4 May.
Very happy to have received the brand new genuine part on morning of 6 May - albeit 4 days beyond the initial estimated delivery window.
As the Dyson site indicated this part to be out of stock on the day that I placed my order with Spares Hut; it is now understandable that a slight delay should have been anticipated; since it is now clear that stock may be held by the original manufacturer, and not by Spares Hut themselves necessarily.

Great deals, lovely people but a bit slow
Must say their communication is not great but the deal we got on a new Dyson v15 was unbelievable. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Very nice people, very understanding - just be patient with emails.

Trust all the other reviews. Ordered a part which never arrived despite dispatch notification and after 3 weeks I attempted to contact them. No reply . Attempted multiple times to subsequently contact via email but they remained unanswered. Forced to cancel and claim back money through paypal. Then 2 months later received part which had been posted 2 months after cancelling and receiving my refund. Then came an email stating that I had received the item but cancelled the payment and that the sun was outstanding. Promptly got them to send me a returns label and sent it back item. Don’t bother with this crowd. Not sure how they remain in business. More hassle than it’s worth.

I applied for the 10% discount which they offered but it wasn’t reflected on the payment.
This alerted me immediately.
Then I read the reviews!
I wrote and asked why the discount hadn’t been taken off the total.
And I received this message:
“If your computer literacy is not up to standard and you can't manage to apply a discount code properly, I suggest you stop shopping online.”
I cancelled the order and it took 2 weeks to refund my money.
DON’T USE THEM.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a Dyson head from this site in December 2022. The item was never delivered. Emailed without response and obtained a refund via paypal dispute process. Now they are emailing requesting payment saying the item had been delivered even though it never was. Do not use this site.

Sent the wrong part, refund requested.
An unfortunate circumstance had meant our hover head had stopped working. I phoned Dyson, who then directed me to spareshut for a cheaper head which I could afford as I am on maternity leave.
Unfortunately spareshut sent me the wrong part.
When sending emails to Spareshut, after a couple of days of waiting, they did suggest an alternative, however I just wanted a total refund. A refund and returns label was sent to myself.
Customers services are slow. Email is best way to contact, do not phone as you will be waiting long waits times on the phone!
An improvement would be a timing/ que number of knowledge of when the customer services will get back.

I purchased and paid for an item which didn't arrive. I chased Spares Hut / Mark Ward several time, by email and phone, and never received a reply. Left relevant review about incident and received reply from Spares Hut saying that i should contact them so as to rectify, WHICH I DIDN AND STILL NO REPLY! THEIR MESSAGE IS AUTOMATED AND FAKE! Its the same message they send to all their bad reviewers! BE AWARE! THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON AND SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH THEFT !

Ordered a Dyson motor head in December
Ordered a Dyson motor head in December. Item arrived as promised. The part broke after 6 weeks use so contacted them for advice and they said they would send out a replacement. The replacement didn't arrive, emailed them multiple times, no answer. Sent another email a couple of weeks ago and they said they would send the replacement item. It did not arrive.
Their contact phone number is not for them they rarely reply to emails and won't send out replacement parts under warranty even though their website says 12 months warranty.
Avoid them, do not buy from this company, complete cowboys. I suspect the are selling counterfeit items.

Poor customer service!
I made an order on 26 February and received an email to say it had been dispatched on 2 March for arrival by 6 March. The part has still not arrived. When contacted, the company told me they did not use tracked delivery and would launch and inquiry and issue me a refund. This was a week ago and the refund has still not been received and the company has stopped replying to my emails. I would avoid this company at all costs and trust the negative reviews. I am just so disappointed I didn't follow the advice - if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
Update: refund received 27 March 2023 (one month after purchase) after emailing on a near daily basis with no replies. I am glad I got my money back and have changed my review to 2 stars accordingly, but I still would not recommend using this company based on my experience of their customer service!

Cheap Geniune Dyson Parts
I found Spares Hut when looking for a new geniune battery for my Dyson V10 as Dyson were out of stock. Spares Hut were cheaper, but the online checkout wasn't available so I contacted them over email.
They replied within 24 hours with a 20% discount for inconvienience which was nice, and £20 cheaper than going to Dyson direct. The manual transaction was straight forward using PayPal.
I would have given a 5* but the item didn't arrive by the due date and I had to chase which was delivered by ParcelForce (tracked), but everything else was fine if you don't mind waiting a bit longer for the item compared to some of the bigger online stores we have become accustomed to.
I would use again for other Dyson parts.
