Hello Mark, Thanks for your feedback. We insure every parcel, regardless of its volume and value. This increases the shipping cost but it also allows us to provide a higher quality of services, which is very important to us. Moreover, we offer shipping at our costs on big orders. Please remember that we deliver goods from Germany, so the shipping is more expensive than from your local store. Feel free to contact us at trust@sparepartstore24.co.uk is you have any questions. We will be always happy to assist you. Best Regards, Sparepartstore24 Team

Reliable Seller. Recommended.
Quality replacement item as described. Arrived quickly and very good value for money. Why pay 4 times as much for a bag with a name on it?

3 weeks and and counting…
3 weeks and 2 days since placing my order I have had no delivery and it isn't even on it's way to me. If Evri lose your parcel (highly likely) sparepartstore24 refuse to help you until it has been 7 working days since the parcel last 'moved'. This threshold was passed and now another week has passed with no update from them on where my parcel is. They won't even refund delivery or send another part out as a goodwill gesture and try to claim that the parcel is still on its way! Generally for car parts you are in a rush so I would strongly recommend not using sparepartstore24. Order cancelled and gone to the dealer, lesson learnt. Finally I can use my air-con again :).
