My first order with Spanx: great customer service and delivery to the UK. Products very good quality but I won’t be ordering any more t shirts or underwear because the labels are a nightmare. They are very papery and hard and although there is a printed line to show where to cut them they still have a very sharp edge which is irritating. If you try and cut them out you will end up with a hole in the seam because they are permanently sewn into the seam. So now I have a tank with a large hole in the seam, and underwear which I have to wear inside out. It’s not ideal! No problems with the trousers due to the positioning of the label, thank goodness because they are great. Please Spanx, reconsider your labelling, and then your products will be perfect.

I bought a pair of their leggings because I read the fabric content and color and they were on sale. I ended up spending $50.00 which is more than I usually spend on leggings and I have a lot as that's all I wear. I bought it directly from their website. Well, when it arrived I was surprised at how tiny it looked. I checked the label to see that it was really a Large and it was. You should know that I'm 5'2 and I weigh 133. I buy a Large because I don't like them to be as tight as a medium is. Well, these were so small I couldn't get them on!!! I tried to get an exchange or a refund but they said they don't do that. I bought the faux leather leggings in a size medium petite and I've never felt so comfortable and confident. It snatches my waist and smoothes out my curves to flatter my body. It can also be dressed up or down so it's a closet staple.

I have a problem with leggings rolling down when I sit as well as not staying put when I exercise. Spanx leggings are the only brand that don’t do either. After getting one pair, I went on to get many others and will never go back.

Be careful because I could not even write a review on their website after receiving my order, which makes me question the authenticity of the reviews there. The pants I received look nothing like the pictures and look terrible in person. On top of that, they charge a return shipping fee, so ordering from them is a risk. It is much safer to purchase this brand through other platforms such as Nordstrom.

Spanx has amazing quality clothing. I have several pieces from throughout the years and they have held up great, they look brand new still!
