After going through the worst experience with SPAS DIRECT and like so many others around Australia and NZ losing our entire purchase monies it has been such a pleasure to deal with James from SPA MARKETPLACE. He gave my wife and I the re-assurance of purchasing our MURI spa. Knowing and understanding our extreme nervousness and hesitation of ever buying a spa again, he went above and beyond. He stayed in contact with us through the whole process, keeping us well informed and updated. When it came to the delivery, we had a very difficult area to negotiate, James personally came to our home to physically lend a hand. We are so grateful for his assistance and patience.

We have just had our evening spa in our brand new swimspa. I am now able to do my water aerobics at home, and also relax with the sheer enjoyment of general spa experience. From our first contact with James of Spamarketplace we received personalised assistance and immediate responses to all our enquiries. This continued from the time we placed our order to come from Melbourne Vic. until we received our spa in Gin Gin Qld.. Naturally we were apprehensive being seniors and managing the installation ourselves, however we discussed all our concerns with James who solved each and every anticipated problem that we worried was likely to occur. It has been years since we received such old fashioned service which we believe was above and beyond the sale area.

It was great buying from James. His product is exactly what is advertised, excellent pricing, delivery on time, always support when needed. Highly recommended. Very happy we found him, and very satisfied with him and his product.

Very helpful and great service

Living in a small country town I shop mostly online. Spa Marketplace is by far the best company I have purchased anything from. When ordering I misspelt my email address and they went out of their way to find me through social media to make contact. Their communication is second to none. I was sent regular text messages throughout the delivery process advising me when items had been picked up and when they would arrive to me. I was also contacted by phone on the day of delivery to ensure delivery went well and to answer any questions I may have had. I cannot praise this company highly enough enough for the service they provided to me. A+++++
