My appointment was cancelled in March

My appointment was cancelled in March. I was told my deposit would be refunded in a few days. Here we are at the end of May and I have still only received half of the refund as apparently that second treatment was not on their system. I have wasted a lot if my time calling and emailing to chase up the refund. Irritating and disappointing to say the least

nail disaster

I went to get my nails done because I thought it would be a good place, I read on the website that it was a complete treatment with foot massage, I thought I would relax and have my nails done. In the end there was no massage, just a professional with no experience in doing nails who took 2:30 and left my nails all crooked and smudged and cuticles crumbled. £80 wasted and a further £30 in
Another place to repair the damage. The professional was friendly, and maybe in another service she would be good, but she is not a manicurist and the company could not put someone who does not know how to do the service and still charge a lot for it. First and last time for me.

Since reading the reviews on here I…

Since reading the reviews on here I ordered a jacket which on the website looks good, however I have not yet received it and still waiting on delivery so I emailed the company saying if I am not happy I will be requesting a refund, they responded quickly if those of you are not happy with your purchase contact them using this email address support@johnson-london

Do not go here- appalling experience

Do not go here. Appalling treatment of customers and poor facilities. We arrived knowing the steam room was broken but were given a goodwill voucher to appease us. Upon arrival they said all the facilities were broken. We had travelled a hour.
They were rude, useless and refused to refund us the full amount. We are now out of pocket. Shocking. Their centralised customer services team are also very unhelpful and useless. Do not use this company.

DON'T BY A SPA EXPERIENCE GIFT VOUCHER

I was given a Spa Experience voucher as a birthday present and have found the company and York Hall in Bethnal Green impossible to deal with. Neither answer the phone or reply to emails, I have tried numerous times. Today was the final straw when I tried to make a booking but the site refused to take the voucher code and insisted on debiting my card. It would appear that having taken the money the company couldn't care less about the service that they are failing to deliver.

Aggressive and bullying behaviour by spa therapist

I am making a complaint about the way I was treated when I entered the spa as a result of which I did not get any of the services paid for and therefore want a refund.

Yesterday, There was no one there on reception so I proceeded to knock and call the landline phone. I was told to arrive early to do the form/s and as there was no on there I was worried that my appointments were forgotten about. I even went outside to look for someone. After about around 10 mins, a therapist came out and asked me - what I wanted quite rudely. When I told her I had an appointment she kept pointing at the sign that was there extremely rudely reading out the words from the sign like I couldn't read. She kept talking down to me and made me feel horrible. Telling me that she was the only one there in a 'you should have known this' voice. I told her I don't work here so don't know when that sign was put there or how this facility runs. She was abrasive and rude to me. I'm not sure why she thinks that's ok or why I should know how spas run and in particular this one. I told her I was not happy with the way I was spoken to. I have had a horrible time and came to pamper myself to help myself relax. Then I get someone talking down to me because I was trying to find out what was going on. What she did was extremely rude and has spoilt my experience. I will make sure that my experiences are recorded so that no one has to go through what I did.

I want a refund of my money. I will never endorse your organisation for any kind of business.

Your therapists need an advanced course in good behaviour towards customers.

Not a great experience so far

Regrettably a really difficult firm to deal with. Would guess spas are well run but head office organisation severely lacking. Tried to book massage for my wife having paid subscription upfront - phone calls all go to a head office call centre. Tried to call them 3 days in a row: no one picks up the phone..email response eventually, and found them very unhelpful. Website for booking will ask you for codes that, even when supplied don't work, or restrict what you can book. When queried, head office cited restrictions they seem to make up - no T and Cs supplied with subscription. Booking website denominated in $, even asks for US phone carrier! My review might be premature - let's see - will update in due course.
