Scam site! THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY OUT!
Save your money and avoid these scammers

If I could give 0 stars then I would been 6 days since withdrawing my money of £1147, been told the same scripted messege via live chat everyday and had no updates what so every, now since the 5 days have been up I’ve suddenly been contacted saying they are reviewing my account activity which has no timeline, I didn’t believe the other reviews at first I found out myself the hard way but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! They rob you and have no remorse whatsoever about doing it, if I get my money in future I will happily update but the nonsense they are coming out with indicates they have no intentions of paying

It’s been two months waiting for my withdrawal, I was reluctant to review as I’m still waiting for my money but it’s clear I won’t be getting it,Looks like a total scam and being in the Uk looks like I have no legal grounds. Very disappointing to say the least . Stay clear of these scammers and PLEASE check reviews before depositing.. I will from now on.

Stay clear! My deposit did not hit my account until the next day. After requesting for my account to ne closed immediately asked for a refund of my deposit that I did not use. I received an email back saying that once a deposit has been credited and you have used there services you are not entitled to a refund. The word being USED THERE SERVICES! I did not use it this is the issue. The deposit on my balance has not been used so they are falsely trying to keep my deposited money by saying its in the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions states no refund will be given when you have used our services which was not done. I will not stop until I get my money not used refunded. When you ask to close your account and state its due to gambling issues they try to intise you to keep it open. Refund my deposit space Slots or reep the consequences!

Ich habe am 18.09.2025 eine Auszahlung von 200 € bei Spaceslots beantragt, nachdem ich 300 € gewonnen hatte. Bis heute wurde mir das Geld nicht ausgezahlt. Der Support hält mich nur hin und antwortet nicht mehr auf meine E-Mails. Ich habe alle Dokumente eingereicht und die Bedingungen erfüllt. Das Verhalten ist unseriös und enttäuschend. Ich warne andere davor, dort zu spielen.

They don't pay out and fob you off anytime you request updates on payments. Avoid this site if you want to be able to withdraw winnings, it won't happen. I waited 4 weeks with a withdrawal pending, any time I asked via chat about my withdrawal they would just say it's not their department and I would receive an email with any updates.

This casino is a total Fraud.I paid 60€ through online banking and their app Zinzipay, my money was out from the bank but never got into my casino account. Take care this Casino is managed in Bulgaria

Stay away from this casino at all costs. I deposited £20 and got the 400% welcome bonus. That had to be wagered x50 and to my disbelief I not only wagered the £4000 but also withdrew £800 profit.

But now 10 days later I'm being fobbed off with the same story each day.

They can't give me any timeframe of when I will get my winnings (which I know I'm never going to receive)

I don't understand how they can have the licencing for all the top slots but well I'm going to try and put an end to this place if I'm not paid out by next week. I know people who know people and if I can stop what happened to me from happening to others that's worth £800 alone.

Shocking service! Withdrawal takes longer than 3 weeks. Customer service cannot help! Payments department takes 2/3 days to reply to emails! No one helps with actual queries! Now my account is under review, anything to not pay you your money

stay away from this casino, had withdrawal waiting for a full 5 days on pending never gonna pay out and they tell lie after lie, also id missing funds from my account £143 and still after 4 days not resolved, no e mails or updates either, hold onto your money

If I could rate 0 I would. No payout after 8 days, keep getting fobbed off. Happy to take funds but not pay them out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
