Spacemaker Group Ltd Omdömen

Absolutely love the finish design of our new wardrobes and an absolute pleasure having Mark here to do a fantastic job.
Thank you so much to Mark and space makers.

I know Spacemakers as they fitted the bedrooms and my parents house and knew I wanted to come to them for my own house as I knew how good they were as they can utilise the space you have very well. We had our wardrobes fitted Monday and I have to say, I love love love them! Even my partner said I chose well and he’s happy with them. We went slightly different with the colour with a blue and it was a great decision, they look lovely.

A special mention to Sandra and Roger who did our home visit, and a big thanks to Sandra for her fabulous design and for having patience with us with it, lots of emails back and forth but it's been 100% worth it.

Also a big thanks to Mark who fitted everything. He was polite, on time, and did a great job fitting everything.

One very happy household and we have no complaints.

I’d happily always recommend Spacemakers if anyone was in need of fitted wardrobes.

Ben came to fit my wardrobe today...very friendly, professional and provided a great service. Loved the end result 👌

Excellent from start to finish, everything flowed smoothly. So pleased with the built in wardrobes. Great company.

We had a few issues at the start but Space Makers went above and beyond to sort everything out. Mark came out and fitted everything to such a high standard. So polite, ensured everything was protected and you would never of guessed he was here working. His workmanship is second to none. He is such an asset to the company. I am obsessed with my dressing room.
I would like to also mentioned Aga the design consult who was incredible and spent hours designing with us. Also a mention to Claire in the office for rectifying the issues for us.
You know a company cares when then go above and beyond to fix everything - Spacemakers have been one of the best companies I have dealt with. Thank you so much!

Dan was very helpful, he came on time, wasted no time. Impressive and work satisfactory.

My wife is very pleased with the fitted wardrobe that was installed by Ben today. He arrived shortly before the stated time and did a superb job. He was very meticulous and hoovered up at every stage. He explained what he had done and checked whether or not we wanted it corked. He made sure that we knew what was fixed and what wasn’t! Roger had done the original measurements which were subsequently checked and confirmed by Bob, ensuring that there were no mistakes. I have no hesitation recommending the product which appears robust and well finished.

Great service and superb installation of fitted wardrobes from Spacemaker. Dan the fitter showed real skill and craftsmanship on our installation. Was on time, polite and friendly and worked tidily.
Highly recommend this company and its staff. Thank you Dan.

Good until they're not...... Promised a competitive timeline and reasonable cost. The day of the install came and that's when the problems started. The on-site installers were fantastic (hard working, tried to find solutions, left my house clean) but they were let down by head office

The parts given to the installers were incomplete and some of them had damage meaning our install couldn't be completed

That's when things get worse. Problems happen but it's how they are resolved that matters. Head office is ghosting us. That don't reply to emails or phone calls until you've had to chase a lot. There is always an "excuse" (the survey was wrong {which was done by them}, the fitters didn't let us know {which are their fitters}, hadn't seen the email......)... You get the idea. The additional timeline for fixing the problem is longer than if we'd been a new customer with a fresh install; despite assurances that we were being prioritised (which clearly we're not)

We've had 3 onsite visits. Each time the on-site team have been great. Each time they've still been given incomplete pieces for the install.

Head office are still ghosting us. We're now greater than 3.5 months against an initial order timeline of "3 weeks, maybe sooner" and my bedroom still isn't complete

Summary: if it all goes right, I'd be pleased. If you have problems... Buyer beware

Wow! What a service ! Thank you Spacemaker Furniture
Absolutely delighted with our new fitted wardrobes, installed by Mark today. Mark was very courteous and the quality of his workmanship is excellent. The end result has surpassed my expectations.
It has been a pleasure to deal with such a professional company, from the initial meeting with Aga to the fitting today.

Good work on the job

Mark did an excellent job of the installation. Very professional and courteous. Great product.

From going to the showroom, the design stage, surveyor and installation was fantastic service.
Seriously could not fault everyone involved.

From ordering and installation service was excellent, Mark installed quickly and efficiently cleaned up after himself, overall just what we hoped for. Thank you Spacemakers.

Bob the Sales Designer, responded promptly to my online request. He arranged an appointment without fuss. Bob was attentive to all my questions etc.

The rest of the team, Steve (Surveyor), and Mark (Installer) were essential to successfully installing the fitted Wardrobe.
I would recommend SpaceMakers.
