We are a family run business with over 40 years experience in the motor trade. All of our vehicles undergo stringent Pre delivery inspections and service inspections before they leave us to guarantee they meet our very high standards. All of our vehicles also come with a minimum 6 months of MOT and our comprehensive 3 month/3000 mile warranty. We currently have two branches. New Tow car
We were looking for a new car to tow our caravan, Callum was very helpful allowing us to test drive a couple of cars with no pressure just good advice. We eventually decided on a Kodiaq which is a great car and really pleased with it. We would definately reccommed Spa Motors and Callum at Brecon.

Top class experience
Whole experience from start to finish was top class. We went knowing what we were looking for but there was a range of quality vehicles available. Joe was amazing, no pressure and we had a good price for our part ex. Would highly recommend and will definitely return when we require another vehicle.

This week we collected our beautiful car from Spa and had a really lovely experience. Simon was so helpful in showing us all the new gadgets on the car and how everything worked. He sorted out the personal plate and even offered to fit the new number plates once the V5 has come through.
I would thoroughly recommend Spa Motors and there was no sales pressure at all from Simon. He was professional, helpful, friendly and genuinely is a decent, honest guy. Thank you for making our car buying experience so great!

thank you Simon for selling me a lovely car and for taking me for a test drive as I had not driven an automatic for more than 30 years! Your care and information was really good and made me feel comfortable driving this Honda.You took time to explain all that I needed to know and you were patient and helpful at every stage. Part exchanging my car was so great for me and the price you gave me was very good. Simon was so good with contacting DVLA about transfer of ownership and taxing the new car. He was so good at setting up some things in the new car and was so caring of helping my husband who can not walk very well and has been diagnosed with Parkinsons. It is disappointing to read your feedback. From the very beginning, the salesman who dealt with you was open and transparent, and no information was withheld at any stage.
A vehicle recall is completely normal by a car manufacturer it is mainly preventive measures to stop any future problem which is a good thing as its completely free of charge to customers.
From what you have shared, your concerns relate to manufacturer recalls. We would like to clarify that the only reason you became aware of these recalls was because we informed you shortly after you placed your deposit. As part of our standard procedure, every vehicle regardless of age or mileage undergoes a full pre-delivery inspection (PDI) once sold. During this process, the vehicle entered our workshop, where the recall was identified, and we notified you immediately.
We then arranged for the car to be booked into the main dealership to have the recall work completed prior to collection. At the time, you were happy with this course of action, and we proceeded accordingly. The vehicle was taken in, the recall work was carried out, and shortly after completing our PDI, it was ready for collection.
At that point, you decided to change your mind and advised that you felt this information should have been provided before placing a deposit. However, identifying any outstanding manufacturer recalls is part of our workshop process rather than the salesman’s role. If this information had been available at the time, we would have had no hesitation in sharing it with you, as recalls are a normal and routine aspect of vehicle ownership.
Recalls can arise at any time, either before or after purchase and most vehicles will have one at some stage. As explained, this is why we carry out our PDI checks and inform customers as soon as anything is identified.
We also offered to transfer your deposit to another vehicle and made every effort to find a suitable alternative for you, but you chose not to proceed.
We always aim to be as transparent and accommodating as possible, and we regret that you feel dissatisfied with your experience.
